Huge bed. Clean rooms. Nice pool area. Service is nice. Breakfast is okay. Valet parking.

Breakfast is a bit too western imo. The beach was disgusting, also the sea stank and lots of trash in there. However, there was a storm prior to our arrival, so maybe that caused it as the sea was also pretty wild. The last day the sea had calmed and the water looked clear blue and clean. So not sure how often this happens, but be prepared to spend more time at the pool if it storms. Sometimes you get the weird Izmir shit smell outside, which means you need to sleep with the airco on. The airco units are horribly outdated so very noisy.

I had a fantastic stay at cocos the club solto. The staff was extremely welcoming and made sure I felt at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast each morning was perfect—delicious and with plenty of options. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to the city’s attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Alaçati!

Staff was really kind, the rooms are nice and spacy, they where very supportive with us bringing a kid. the staff was very nice, breakfast was really good, and the beach is great.

given that the location is on the sea, the hotel is located a bit away from the city(10 min taxi). but this is also very easily solved by taking a taxi.

Everything! Rooms spacious, clean , airy with plenty of lighting. Amazing black out curtains for the night , the beach area and pool side is great, sun loungers clean and comfortable and the Snacks by beach is delicious! Cocktails spot on. The beach is clean. Staff are amazing! Spa and massages great also. Hotel restaurant dinner and breakfast also great!

I wish there was a small mini shop in the hotel for small essentials . I tore my swimsuit and really wanted a plain bikini and my friend also needed nappies for baby, so a small convenience store would be the extra touch to a perfect hotel!

Our one and only note is the lack of minimal ability of the stuff to communicate with guests in any other language but Turkish. It was really difficult to communicate in English. It is very strange that young people don't know basic words.

The hotel is in a small coastal town with plenty of water sports and a marina. Staff are helpful, friendly and very well trained. Not all speak English but they will find someone that does. They provide an amazing breakfast with a big variety of options.

Dinner at the hotel is very expensive, portions are small and is a letdown from the efforts they put in for breakfast.

Breakfast buffet was so substantial and fun. Lovely service. They kindly accommodated our early check in. Huge pool and a nice hammam.

There are a lot of stairs :) Not necessarily a bad thing, but with baby and a stroller, just something to be aware of when booking a room: ask to stand on the ground floor!

We have just come back from holiday, 27 August to 8 September, and our stay at the Cocos was exceptional! The hotel location is perfect with its own private beach and large swimming pool and a short taxi journey to Alacati or Cesme. The hotel itself is incredible, with amazing spacious rooms (we had the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View) and all areas of the hotel was always clean. Thanks to all the staff at reception for helping us settle in and ordering taxis each night! The breakfast had a lot of options on offer and the staff were very attentive each morning. We spent a lot of time around the pool and the beach, and the service was exceptional - special thanks to 'Seref' and 'Ahmet' for looking after us, with a vast array of drinks and food and it was always nice to speak to them each day! There are 2 bars and a patisserie and we always enjoyed a few drinks last thing at night, as it was such a lovely place to sit and drink - special thanks to 'Ruken' for making our holiday special each night, where she always served us with a smile and asking how we are! ‘She is a massive asset to the hotel!’ The small towns of Alacati and Cesme are both beautiful, and I highly recommend you visit these places nearby - taxis are easy to get and I highly recommend a boat tour if you get the chance. In summary, the hotel is incredibly well run, really clean and very beautiful. We loved each area of the hotel and the array of services, food & drink it had to offer. The staff were all very friendly and always willing to help. We really appreciated the support from 'Nuha' who is the reservations manager, and she was always happy to assist and provide local information & activities. We will definitely be coming back next year and this is the first time we have ever said that! Thanks to Cocos the Club Solto hotel for such a wonderful stay and I highly recommend you book this place for your next holiday!

The hotel is fantastic for so many reasons. Rooms are perfectly cleaned each day. Refills are made for the minibar without any missings. Beach is faboulous, and hotel is clean and refreshing in general. We have a 2 year old kid, and the hotel is a perfect place for the children. You can always find baby chairs, the beach is only sand and very shallow for at least 50 metres. Nobody harrasses you because of your children. But the BEST thing is the STAFF!! From the kitchen, to the restaurant, from the bar, to the beach, whoever works there, surely works with loving their job. We have never seen any face other than smiling. We enjoyed every single second of our stay. Most special thanks to Mrs. Ecem & her sister, who are working at the hotel as staff members. Extra ordinary service!! Also many thanks to the Food & Beverages Chef, Mr. Hasan! He takes every feedback into the consideration. We will definetely visit the hotel again next year.

The Spa place definetely needs an improvement. During the massage, you can hear many people shouting and screaming from the indoor swimming pool, which is built next to the massage rooms.. (facepalm) The towels that are given for the beach, always smell massage oil. They should be seperately washed in my opinion...

Super friendly staff Clean and comfortable room. Balcony of the room came very handy to sitback and relax. Nice windy weather of Alaçatı, keeps it breathable at night. Push button snack service to the beach was great. Private and free parking space. Breakfast was great. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Very weak internet via hotel wifi. There’s only a bath tub and no walk in shower, difficult to move in and out. Hotel restorant is low quality but expensive as per Turkish standards. Shallow sea water. Good for kids but not good for proper swimming. Generally disturbingly laud music at pool bar. Nearby facility at beach side is also radiant of laud music. If you are looking for a real quiet place, you might consider twice.
