Nice beach and food

Noise and music after 23:00, but people seemed to really enjoy, so it was fine.

it was very clean, the food was VERY TASTY, the hotel staff were amazingly welcoming and helpful

the location is far away from the shopping places (had to get the taxi to Alanya, which took us 35mins drive one way), animation staff was nice, but some of them had unprofessional behaviour towards the guests

Many thanks to receptionist Sonner for the warm welcome, kind attitude and attention for my 4 kids. The staff in the restaurant was always in a good mood and very child friendly. Food was various and delicious. Bartenders were great as well. The animation team at the hotel deserves a separate comment. Thanks to Albina, Volkan and Margarita for becoming friends for our kids. They loved you, we will have a lot of good memories from this holidays. Please continue to share your energy, creativity and kindness. Thanks for your professionalism, guys. Beach and swimming pool are pleasant, invest in a warming swimming suit if you are going in April, you will be more comfortable. To conclude, don’t hesitate, you will enjoy your holidays in Annabella Diamond.

Only one disappointment was a spa of the hotel, very expensive. But there are a lot of alternatives in a city. We’ve been going to Maria Türkler Hamam 2 min free transfer from our hotel. It was very nice with adequate prices.

We were happy with our stay. The hotel is well maintained. Everything is working, looks good. Hotel territory is clean. Rooms are relatively spacious and well equipped. Hotel animation is not annoying. At the same time quite active and during a day there are enough activities for everybody. Swimming pool have couple of slides good for children. Beach is sandy. The sea has a sloping shore. Food is well prepared. During a week there were various dishes. Next to the hotel (5-10 min walking) is a commercial area (bazar) with a lot of various shops, restaurants, pharmacy. There you can also book various activities.

The hotel is located right on the side of the busy highway. Half of rooms are facing highway, other half has sea view. The highway is noisy so it is worth to pay a bit extra for a sea view room. The hotel territory is relatively small. So don't expect a big park to walk in. Though it is well organised and quite convenient. There is a 'national park' next to the hotel but in reality it is a small patch of a forest on the beach with a lot of tents in it. Nothing special.

The beach was stunning, employees were super nice and welcoming. Would go back anytime.

Very limited food times, no 24/7 food available and quality was a bit low unfortunately

Staff at reception were nice. The staff in restaurants were amazing. All the servers and waitors were always so courteous and helpful. The animation team and spa staff were great too. The food was delicious in the restaurant and snack bar. The water bottles were free and unlimited, which was great.

There was only 2 lifts and we had to wait some time. It wasn’t too bad as you could take stairs and there was a seating area nearby.

We stayed as 2 couples in 2 rooms. We enjoyed the friendliness of the personnel and all the provided services. The hotel wasn't noisy, the food was tasty, the personnel was very helpful!

It would be great to have a filtered coffee also in the bar next to the beach, not only in the restaurant

All the hotel staff were very friendly and most spoke English as well as other languages. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the hotel gave us a welcome fruit plate and a bottle of wine. There were plenty of sun loungers around the pool and the music played was not too loud. The main restaurant was kept clean and tables were cleared very quickly, the staff in the restaurant were extremely helpful in particular Mehmet Ali.

My room was at the front corner of the hotel and the traffic noise was a little disturbing during the night.

Everything was EXCELLENT: the room, the manager, the shows, the food, the buffets, the drinks, the beach, etc. I recommend it

First of all - staff. All were were hospital. Special note about Ridvan - waiter in the restaurant! He delivered excellence service! Also, very nice food and pastries. Another point - beach. Sand is perfect, exactly what is needed!

Elevators! For this hotel, 2 elevators are not enough, I believe. Sometimes had to wait for 5-10 minutes, especially since we were with baby in trolley.
