I like that is close to beach and harbour, shopping street and food shops everything you need in a walking distance. And there is not much sound to hear even it's this close to sentrum. And easy place to take the bus from even if you want take bus nr 1 or 2. The rooms are good both appartment and normal room. Have stayed in both. Bed is really good. The people working there is nice. . Special one girl she always smile to you no matter what. :) And talks to everyone. 😊 Have also stayed here long before they was own both buildings. And gurses was also good hotel back then.

I really liked the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they helped me with my suitcase when the lock stopped working. The bed was also very comfortable. The location is great, close to the bazaar and the beach, but still not too close so it was still quiet when you wanted to sleep. They also had two nice pools and a little pool bar. Inside the room was a button (instead of a note that you hang in the door) that you could press if you didn’t want to be disturbed or if you wanted them to clean the room that day. The hotel was really good value for the money.

The only negative thing would be that the night staff who worked when I checked in wasn’t very good at English, but all other staff were.

I highly recommend the venue for staying with friends or family! Amazing location, everything is close. Sea side is 5 mins walk, shopping and bars 5-7 mins. Staff is very friendly, polite and helpful! Thanks guys on the bar and lobby area. Cleaning personnel very friendly. If you're not looking luxury but nice place to stay close to everything then feel free to book it! Rooms are clean and air-conditioned. Bed is quite comfortable. Not a big but nice and clean swim pool. Thank you guys ❤️

Maybe bigger shower zone area and some basic stuff like oil, salt and tea for the family room.

Relaxing and comfortable bright rooms. The whole hotel is so elegant and beautifull. I wanted to pay for my one breakfast I had during my stay at check out , but one of the staff let me have that breakfast for free..So kind of him. Great Location , near the Beach , shops and Restaurants. I will love to come back again. Dear staff thank you for everything 😍

Breakfast was a little bit boring. No cold drinks or juice , only water and a coffee/tea machine. There was only hard boiled eggs , and no soft boiled eggs. And pour quality of bread.

We were stayin in the end of October. It wasn't very busy. The room was very clean and the hotel is in a great location, few minutes from the city center. Breakfast was nice, but the biggest plus was the staff. 2 Young boys working on the reception (morning and night) you were always welcoming and smiling. Good service goes a long way. I can't remember the boys name, something with "S", who was working in the day shift. My daughter was always so happy whenever she saw him. I would really recommend this place

The only thing I could think of is that I would have liked if a small fridge was a bit cooler. Really a minor thing.

In familyroom we had kitchen to make our own breakfast. Balcony was great to watch the life around and street was nice and quiet at night. During our holiday they changed new beds, which were just perfect. The staff was nice and polite. If you want the room cleaned you just put the sign light on. I would happily go back again😊

Another wardrope in familyroom would be great also some chair and a little table to use inside.

Location is great, practically right in the center of the city. Easy to get to most places from there since all public transportation goes through nearby streets. Local fortress is not far as well as the sea and the most available beaches.

Small fridge in the room wasn't cooling stuff that well, not sure if it's an oversight of if it wasn't supposed to work like a full-cooling fridge at all. Not a problem for me particularly, but if you're looking for the view, you won't get it here because the hotel is in middle of dense near-the-sea area. That's a trade-off you get into for easier access to the city center and beaches.

The hotel is in a good location, on a quiet street in the center of Alanya, close to the sights and the beach. The hotel looks very good. Spacious rooms, which have everything you need, cleaning on request, delicious breakfasts. The hotel area is small, but there are two outdoor swimming pools and everyone can find a free sunbed.

Very central location and walking distance to the beach. Very clean an comfortable rooms. However what makes this hotel exceptional is its staff. Very friendly, helpful and always smiling. For Pinar; Adam thinks you are the sweetest lady he met and he will miss you :)

The breakfast window is to short 8-10am, so we skipped it a couple of times. Would have also preferred some juices with the breakfast.
