Especially the furnished balcony , restaurant-outside seating and all the Restaurant and cleaning staff . Lovely pool with bar .... and two perfect working elevators . Did not like the (non)smoking policy on balcony's . Better create a smoking corner somewhere or offer some smoking rooms ( or 1 entire Floor ) for those who are really addicted . Free shuttle service to beach several times daily and taxi ( 5 - 9 Euro ) in front of Hotel to visit interesting Castle and lovely Harbor .

Hotel looks nice (stylish even) and is tidy. WiFi works good. Food was good (especially given the price of the all-inclusive option). The hotel has diesel generators for emergencies, and they work well.

Local alcohol could've been better. The free hammam is just a slightly warm room, and you have to pay extra for anything else SPA-related.

2nd visit to ramira joy, great hotel. Room excellent with amazing view, food is delicious and lots of choice, super fresh. lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds. Best part are the staff who are all really friendly & helpful. Special mention to all the guys in the bar who gave us fantastic service. Have been to Alanya many times and this is my favourite hotel by far.

small thing but as a vegetarian I would have liked a bit more choice of hot dishes but there are loads of salads and the food is great so I still really enjoyed it.

The hotel was very clean, the food was good, also very good location. The view from the mountain side rooms is amazing. Just wow, especially if you are on the 7th-8th floor. A special thanks for the deserts, they were the best. The staff was very kind, they helped us with the reservation for one more they, even there were practically no rooms.

Maybe drinks at the pool bar should be better, in some days they were nice, some days not. But with their price price for staying, it's okay. Also the sea food, it's was not enough for me, but the food that they had was great 👍🏻

One of the best Holidays experience for me and my husband. The staff of the hotel are really professional and so friendly, always smiling and always doing everything they can to make you happy and make sure you get everything you need. Really beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable and very well located, close walking distance from everything and in a great quiet area. The food is really tasty and amazing, great and big variety of selected Turkish and international food that we are never been hungry. Great welcome by Ayhan and Kadir at The Beach 15 from the Ramira Joy Hotel as well who will take care of you with a smile and great customer service at the beach . Honestly, really nothing to said because it was just the perfect holidays. Thank you to the General Manager of The Ramira Joy Hotel and all his employees because they are really working hard to give you the best you can get during your Holidays in Alanya.

Nothing to say, everything was amazing

The cleanliness, rooms, staff, housekeeping, location and service are nearly perfect. The pool is nice. The location is perfect, close to everything. Both the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet were very good.

The hotel needs better drinks at the bar, especially for those who don’t drink alcohol. The juice at breakfast needs improvement as the current options is not tasty at all. They should also provide more beverages in the minibar, as it only gets refilled with water. Charging for the safe is a bit much, and there should be more variety in the lunch menu. One thing that definitely needs improvement is the desserts; they all taste the same, like just sugar. Soundproofing in the rooms also needs to get better.

I am completely conquered by Ramira Joy Hotel for it's helpful, complaisant & attentive personnel, for it's attractive location (6 minutes to the Kleopatra beach and 5 minutes to everywhere, the market, shopping center, etc. I have also taken Hurrem's Spa procedure, which was fantastic. And , for any doubts, Kleopatra beach outstandingly gorgeous place to visit!!!The meal was diverse & delicious, dry white Chardonnay is worth trying, the room was cosy & comfortable, everything you need is available with staff assistance. I arrived at night and due to personnel was welcomed and supported. Fresh, clean laundry and towels, all bathroom stuff are completely provided.

I liked everything!

We’ve had a great time at this hotel. The common areas like pool / restaurant and the rooms are clean. The food is amazing, very good options and never boring. Special thanks to the staff who is extremely hardworking and interested in guests having a comfortable stay. There is really only positive I can say about this hotel. The nightly prices are also reasonable in my opinion. I also had a spa treatment which was great as well, however I would love to have some water or herbal tea between procedures.

There is always room for improvement but this hotel is doing very well!

It was a great experience. The staff is very nice and helpful, the food was varied and also very good, different type of meat, many fruits, many garnishes, soups, sweets, very good breakfast. The rooms were cleaned every day, the pool is nice, the transfer to the beach is really helpful, the private beach is very nice with sun beds and umbrellas included, the water is very warm. We also booked the transfer from and to the airport and it was a great service. The rooms are spacious and clean, big balcony.

I think that the shuttle bus should be more often in the afternoon from the beach.

1. Super friendly and helpful staff 2. great location close to the beach as well as to the centre 3. Amazing food, lot of variety and great taste. 4. Overall nothing to complain about especially considering the price. Great value for money. 5. Sector 4 of Kleopatra Beach is 10 minutes walking, it’s a great beach sector but you have to pay for sunbeds. The beach sector of the hotel is further, in this sector the sunbeds are free of charge. They have a shuttle bus that runs in dedicated schedule, it’s very convenient and it takes 4 minutes from beach to the hotel. 6. Common areas as well as rooms are very nicely decorated and clean.

I will mention two things just to set the expectations but overall nothing irritating or game changing, the stay was great. 1. You have to pay for the safe in the room, it’s a small fee but a bit strange, never saw this before. 2. The cleaning of the rooms was a bit random, towels not changed daily, even if they got a bit dirty already.
