The rooms are very clean and everything is first class. It was above my expectations. The furnishings are new and the hotel is particularly well located. It is within walking distance to markets and restaurants. It has covered parking lots. I would also like to thank the kindness of the staff.

The hotel itself is a gem. The staff was extremely and genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The breakfasts were full and varied and the apartment, composed of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/living room which were beautifully laid out, very well equipped, cosy and comfortable. The location is excellent, being in a quiet street but very close to a main shopping street with lots of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants very close-by and a short walk to the very trendy shopping area leading from the Kugulu park.

There were a couple of very minor signs of wear and tear in the particular room we stayed in which may have been why it was slightly cheaper than the others but this was no problem for us and did not detract from the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Location is very central. Easy to get a taxi just in front of the hotel. City view was nice.

The hotel staff has changed our room to another type without consulting us. They've just told us that the mew room is bigger so more comfortable....Not nice to decide for your guests which room is better for them. Then, it turned out that the room we have initially booked was occupied and that is the real reason . We've managed to get a price difference by not paying for the breakfast. Another big fat minus to this hotel for a broken crib they brought for our son. The zipper on the side was broken and instead of fixing it themselves I was given a sewing kit. Floors can be cleaned better

Large comfortable room, well equipped. Excellent Turkish breakfast. Good location, easy walk from public transit and right beside a (quiet) taxi stand. Restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff particularly helpful and friendly.

Room needed airing out (easily done with big windows or air conditioning).

Everything was excellent. The administration was VERY good, extremely helpful. The hotel was very nice and well located; easy to take buses to main sites of interest. Many restaurants in the vicinity. Our room was very pleasant, quiet and well ventilated. Breakfast was good.

Levent was so helpful during our stay. the location is in a great area! surrounded by amazing restaurants and walking distance to shopping mall and grocery stores! even though we stayed in March and the weather was so cold but our room was so warm and cozy! overall great place to stay in Ankara! highly recommended!

There are very nice and friendly staffs at this hotel. Levent at the reception is exceptional. He was very helpful and accommodating. He spent 2 hours on the computer to help us with the booking of our tickets. The Location of the hotel is fantastic. It is very close to the U.S embassy and walking distance to all the nice cafes and restaurants.

location near restaurants/shops, taxi pool just right outside hotel that can take you around Ankara with less money and effectivt. Spacious room, clean, great hospitality from staff. Really recommended! -happy stay-

the internet, but its normal due to traffic in hotel specially lots of guests surfing at same time. It will be normal internet speed afterwhile.
