You have to consider it is a 2* hotel after all is great. The staff is poor in English but super friendly and all requests met. Rooms are outdated but clean and warm. The Internet is very good. Room cleaning in on request, but you can get fresh towels or what you might need anytime. Excellent location in the city centre, but still in the quiet street.

The hotel staff went above and beyond in their kindness and assistance. Despite not knowing a word of Turkish, I felt incredibly supported by their accommodating attitude. Moreover, the comfort of the room I stayed in added to the overall positive experience.

The location was perfect. In Kizilay and everything is near you. Cozy and small and cheap hotel and compare to the cost is very good. The breakfast is very simple but pay attention you pay for a two star hotel. For using public transportation is difinitly the best location in ankara.

Breakfast could be better..I travelled to Ankara in January. the room was so cold and I have to wear all my clothes in my room.

The hotel is excellently located in a quiet street but right next to the busy streets where there are many restaurants, shops, and cafes. The staff is professional and helpful, parking is provided in front of the hotel, the wi-fi is good, and the rooms are clean and spacious. A good choice for a short stay in beautiful Ankara. We recommend.

+ We arrived earlier than the check in time but the person in the reception gave us the rooms immediately anyway. + 24 hour reception + Clean + Good location + There was a mini fridge and a TV in the room

- Compulsory to leave room keys at the reception every time you go out and recollect it when you come back. - None of the staff speaks English. - People were smoking inside in other rooms on almost every floor...you can smell it in the lobby all the time. - No separate tap or something for getting drinking water.

The staffs were so supportive and friendly. The location was great it is exactly in the heart of the city. The cooling system was really good. The staffs were familiar with English a little bit which can be better. I suggest it for budget-friendly travelers.

Price to quality ratio is great. Very comfortable and clean room.

The breakfast is not a buffet. You get a prepackaged single use plate with some small packets, two pieces of cheese and one piece of meat. Also single use cutlery. I'm vegan and there was no jam or anything vegan. Granted I didn't inform them beforehand, but so far every place I've been to there'd at least be some jam to put on bread. Skipped breakfast the rest of the stay. I wouldn't give up on this hotel because of the breakfast though, the rest is still very nice and worth it.

Very nice staff, even if they don’t speak English they are always trying to help ! Clean room, and very good location (in the center). It is very good place for the price :)

Good location. Clean, large room. It's quiet around, everything is within walking distance. Very good price-quality ratio.

Several lamps in the room did not work, in some areas there was not enough lighting. But these are small things.
