I stayed a night at New Park Hotel. The rooms are clean. The WiFi is good. I got a room with a most beautiful view of the Park. The hotel is also very close to the metro with easy access to the rest of the city. The hotel is a stone throw away from Kizilay. All in all, an excellent comfortable stay.

The room was extremely spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the staff's proactiveness in offering us a very early check-in when we arrived at 7am that day. We had mini hiccups with the room card, but that was quickly solved by the staff. The location was right beside the metro (which goes directly to the Ankara bus terminal) and had a variety of convenience stores and restaurants in the area. Breakfast was awesome, we loved the spread of food. Guest services also went beyond to inform us about activities in the hotel and check in on our stay.

Furniture was slightly old (i fell on the chair when the cushion came out and cut my finger). The hotel is beside a busy road, so it may not be the best for light sleepers.

The hotel was nice for a couple of days. The rooms were alright, though the bathroom was a bit outdated. The plus (and reason why I chose it ) was the spa. It is small but convenient and felt really good after a long day of work.

I had one of the bigger rooms in the main façade of the building. Unfortunately the windows provide almost no noise insulation and the hotel is right above a big avenue. I had to request a change to a room in the back (which are smaller), which was fortunately quieter. The wifi worked very poorly.

Well located, staff were super helpful with arranging transport for the family. Warm easy welcome and great check in. The concierge service was awesome in highlighting some sight seeing activities for the family, the must-sees and the not so must-sees. Oh and for a family of four that don’t travel light the room size was more than adequate. And the night live entertainment in bar/cafe was an absolute blast.

The children said their mattresses were very uncomfortable, on the flimsy side.

We recently stayed at the New Park Hotel for 10 days during a family wedding. Our accommodation was a King Suite, which impressed us with its spacious layout, including a dining and living area, a mini-kitchen, two toilets, a spa bath, and a shower. The Queen Suite was equally spacious, featuring a dining section, and the Twin Room stood out for its high-end quality compared to other hotels. The staff, particularly noteworthy for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributed significantly to our pleasant experience. The internet connectivity was consistently strong, allowing us to effortlessly stream videos on our smartphones and on the smart TVs provided in each room. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide range of healthy and delicious options. A special mention must go to Ayday, the guest relations manager, who consistently checked in on us to ensure our comfort, provided discounts for the spa (which my mother thoroughly enjoyed), and facilitated an extension of our stay with additional room discounts. The customer service throughout our stay was nothing short of exceptional.

After you are informed about spa and other facilities at check-in desk, you are called by spa department again in the middle of your sleep via room telephone even though you've already informed receptionist that you are not interested. There are always staff walking, talking each other loud in the hallway during the day, creating constant noise. There is almost no sound isolation in the rooms, which makes it hard to sleep due to noises from other rooms. The day after you leave hotel, they text you via whatsapp through your personal number like: "hello, I am X from New Park Hotel. How are you?" - It's weird and against personal data protection.

Comfortable, Enjoyable, Safe, Clean, Delicious, Friendly, Professional. A really great hotel, very kind and professional employees, a beautiful and convenient place. Room was very clean and staff and management was very supportive. Breakfast was full of choices and fresh. Location walking distance to kizilay busy streets filled with shopping. Park right across the street. Massage best. It was a very enjoyable experience the rooms were well-prepared and attended to daily and the staff and service was excellent. I'm definitely recommending the hotel to anyone visiting Ankara.

The New Park Hotel was an Exceptional find in Ankara! There were so many positives about this hotel, we just had such an incredible stay! The bed was super comfortable, with a pillow topper mattress, and lots of great pillow options too! The room was a good size for myself and hubby for 4 days, and I cannot wait to tell you how awesome the breakfast is! Highly recommend booking with the buffet breakfast, heaps of food options avail (I am a vegetarian, and always loads of yummy options!) and good coffee and tea too. Was such a highlight, the buffet breaky!! Kept us full all morning. The front staff spoke good English, and hotel is close to a metro stop called Colej, and a ten Min walk up the road is a big mall called “KIZILAY AVM”” near, which has good food options and shops, and a metro station underneath it you can buy an AnkaraKard from to use on the metro. Super handy way to travel on the metro, easier than Taxi! Also, be aware if you so taxi they dont really speak any English, and some dont have card machines so take cash, most sites near the hotel cost about 65-95 TL one way, fairly cheap. Get the hotel to order a taxi for you, and they can tell the taxi driver where to go! Also a handy supermarket on the same side of the road as the hotel, just turn right and you’ll see it a few doors down- also a coffee shop that does Lattes and flat whites the next door down called “No Name Cafe” but gave good options!

+Located a short walk from the central Kızılay intersection and in close vicinity to the Kolej Metro station +Very clean, very "5 star-looking" hotel +Good rooms, nice mattressess, I could not hear my neighbours through the wall. +If it matters to you, the toilets were European style +Good and varied open buffet breakfast (I cannot evaluate the restaurant, as I did not used it otherwise) +Very friendly staff, English speaking +A lot of elevators +A free-to-use luggage rooms, for guests who checked out.

-The Wifi was a bit of a letdown. While the browsing part was ok, WhatsApp refused to videocall, dropping the call due to "poor connection". For audio-only connection I had to move around the room to find better connectivity (which is something odd to do in a five star hotel) -I was surprised of how clear the traffic could be heard from the fifth floor with the windows closed. I wouldn't call it "noisy" (I slept like a baby), but it's something that caught my attention. Just ask for a room not facing the Boulevard or at a higher floor if you have problems sleeping. -Not a minus "per se", but something to "know": there is a rumor that in Turkish Hotels the Minibar is free. It isn't.

The hotel was so easy to get to from the metro. Staff at the front door, reception (breakfast) restaurant and cleaning staff floor 5 all were happy to help with any problems or questions we had. The buffet was good value.for money.

Staff at the evening buffet were miserable 😣 needed to smile and make guests feel good. Disappointed that the roof top restaurant was not open but understood the reason being winter season.
