The hotel is located very near to many restaurants as well as pubs for the people. Seaside is just 2 minutes walk away. We selected view of the mountain and it was really good. If you have a lot of luggage, then its kind of a labor to move the luggage upstairs as there is no lift. (already mentioned by them and it was my choice). Rooms are big and comfy with washer and cooking stove and utensils. The reception is really helpful and cooperative.. Loved each and every part of it. Will surely come again..

The staff were fabulous and very helpful and accommodating to any requests. The hotel was clean and comfortable with plenty of room, but ultimately the location was supreme. Just a few metres from the beachside promenade.

Due to the winter season and lower than ususl staff rooms were cleaned every other day, which did not cause us any issues as essentials were provided on request. Nothing much to dislike at all.

I like the location it was in the heart of the every things there's a shops and restaurants a swimming pool and the beach was a 5 minute walk from the apartments. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The flat was clean and as seen in the pictures. Thank you very much for Aspendos' seaside.

I didn't like it when we arrived the first day it was no electricity. And the water stopped twice two or three days before we left.

location was really good. the checkin personal was very helpful. But there was no lift in the building, we got our room on 3rd floor and we have to carry all our luggage ourselves

there was no lift in the building but it was already informed before making the booking, so no complain. The sofa bed was not comfortable and no extra matress or bed sheet was provided. i would not count it as good bed.

Perfect location, 5 min walk to the beach, lots of restaurants around, and a few convenience stores. Love to have apartment type rooms, with a kitchen and bedroom, even if we didn't cook there. Full refrigerator for keeping your drinks cold or any food, too. The pool was very clean and refreshing. Only one cons was a very hard mattress, maybe some people like it, but for me, with bad back, it was not comfortable to sleep. Rooms with a/c, which was important, because it was 105-117F or up to 50C. Staff is very friendly, even helped us to carry lagging on the higher floor, which was not easy. I travel a lot, and I have had different experiences, and I would recommend staying in this area. Very safe, with closed security doors to enter the building.

We had a medical emergency and they organised medical assistance in a very efficient manner. The pool is nice: great size and comfortable temperature. The apartments were spacious and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this apartment hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

The hotel is in a very good spot of Konyaalti beach area, close to the sea side and public beach. lots of restaurants cafes, etc around. the area is tourist friendly and easy to navigate. ab 10 mins walk there is a Migros, and some smaller supermarkets close by. we had a 2 BR apart with a nice big terrace overlooking the park, it was quite at night. The hotel also has a little pool on the ground floor which the children enjoyed. There is no lift, but the reception helped us with suitcases up and down the stairs, thank you!

The room is very basic and a little "tired". A lick of paint here and there and some attention to details (eg kitchen paper towels, proper screwdriver, some sugar, salt and pepper in the room, some ice in the freezer, some hooks for towels in the kitchen etc) would be really useful. the bathroom is tiny! we only stayed 2 nights so none of the above really affected our stay

Very spacious apartment, excellent location overlooking a park and very close to the seaside. The master bedroom is large and comfortable, and the living area is also very generous. The apartment main door is very secure; fit for a bank safe. It felt like a home away from home. Wifi was very good.

There is no elevator, and the staff did not offer to help us bring up our luggage. The second bedroom is tiny, with space for only the beds. The AC units were not powerful enough to keep the house very cool in the daytime. The pool is very small, and closes at night. There is no water, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, or sugar in the apartment, and the staff did not provide enough tissues/toilet paper considering there were six of us in the flat.

The location, because everything was near. Nice park with playgrounds, beach with promenade, shops, restaurants. Breakfast at Shakespeare restaurant was delicious. Good and quiet air conditioning. Staff was friendly.

The apartment on the 4th floor would need some repairs and better care. The sun blinds on the terrace were destroyed, the door to terrace from living room was broken, bathroom needs renovation due to high moisture and missing ventilation. Dirt under the sofa.
