The location in Old Town was superb! In fact if I ever return to Antalya, I would not hesitate to stay in Old Town and very probably here at Bacchus. Ibrahim, the manager was really friendly, helpful (especially with parking in narrow streets) and good to chat to. Breakfast was extensive and filling with the greatest view in Antalya! It really is as good as the photos! Room was large, bed really comfortable, and shower OK (but takes a few mins to warm up). This is not a posh hotel, so be under no illusions, BUT for the price, location and all round experience, the price was excellent and a great 3 night stay before heading on to another part of Turkey.

Very little - we went out of season so we expected it to be much cooler, and the pool be out of action. However the heating in the room worked so well we had to switch it off halfway through the night. A very minor criticism is that the coffee machine could do with an update, and as the upstairs breakfast area is so great, maybe have some comfy chairs there so it can be used other times of the day to relax, or hang out.

Great location! Very close to many attractions, which you can reach on foot. It's also close to the bus and tram stops if your destination is a little far. The hotel has a pool, which I didn't know about and was surprised when I found out. It is a very peaceful place. No noise, no disturbance. The rooms are very clean. The air conditioner saved our lives, I would say. The weather was so hot in June that we rushed to the room every time we went outside. My concern at the beginning was if the air conditioner worked well, which it did and we were happy. Ibrahim is friendly and helpful. If you have any questions or requests, he is always there to assist you. We had a great vacation and have already recommended the place to my boss, who will book a room with his family for their next vacation.

Bacchus had a great location, was clean, etc., but what really made it stand out was the owner/manager and all the help he gave us organizing our trip, renting a car, telling us about sights and just generally creating a connection between us and Antalya and the surrounding areas. The human touch is always the most important, in the end, and on that front Bacchus was truly extraordinary.

Room size, room location, quietness of location despite being nearby the hustle and bustle of Old Town. Ibrahim was an amazing host and willing to answer any questions about Antalya and is an excellent liaison for organising trips. Central location - nearby to many bars, restaurants and small shops selling handmade Turkish goods and wares - but quiet enough to get an amazing nights sleep without bother. The pool and sunbeds were a good feat - my partner and I made good use of these during our long stay. In addition - the terrace views where the traditional Turkish breakfast is taken are stunning.

Wifi isn’t reliable in some rooms - but works perfectly in common areas, terrace, pool area.

Ibrahim was such an amazing host. He made me feel at home… he even gave me a tour of Old City on the back of his Mo-ped. It’s a great location and you get a spectacular view of the Mediterranean and the mountains. I enjoyed my stay in Antalya and I definitely will be back.

The property is located in Old Town, making it super easy to walk around and find restaurants, main attractions and the marina for swimming at Mermaid Beach. Our room was perfect for 2 nights and was equipped with tea and coffee. It was clean and had a sea view from our balcony. Breakfast was buffet and was great for your basic meal. The staff offered services such a transfers and laundry, and assisted in booking activities and recommending restaurants or bars. I would happily stay here again.

Location is perfect, close to sea, roof terrace with stunning view, many restaurants and cafeterias around the hotel. Room was comfortable and staff very friendly. They provide the transfer from the airport and they were so kind and borrowed me umbrella during the heavy rain. You can feel comfortable there.

Central located, family owned, clean small hotel. Walking distance to Antalya’s Marina, Hadrian Gate, Clock tower, Old bazar, surrounded by a lot of restaurants, drink bars, souvenir shops but quiet for sleeping at night. Confortable beds, excellent breakfast from the roof top terrace overviewing Mediterranean sea and magnificent mountains. Front desk manager, Mr. Jan, assistant manager, Mr. Moussa, the housekeeping and the kitchen staff were very helpful and always ready to serve us on the best friendly manner. We extend our stay because we feel very nice. For a small extra paiement, we received an airport ride to the hotel and back. Very good value for the money during our stay in downtown, Antalya.

Nothing special

Right in the heart of Kaleci (old town) with easy access to so many food options! The best part was the helpful staff who went out of their way to collect us from the point where out taxi dropped us off. Ibrahim was super knowledgeable and called us to ensure we had a plan in place well before we reached. He provided better options to suit our needs in the next stage of our trip and also packed breakfast which we would have to skip due to early start. Not to forget - the view from the breakfast terrace area is stunning!

The place was a bit difficult to find when we arrived late in the evening but once there, the lively neighbourhood made us feel very safe.

Breakfast was really good with lots of choice, Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and towels etc were changed every day. Bedding was a little odd, covers seemed to be for a single bed, on a double bed so were falling off, but not a major issue.

Was a little noisy early in the morning, our room was beneath the breakfast terrace so we could hear the staff getting the breakfast ready. Parking was really difficult as space outside is at a premium, but the old town is a very small place so not a major problem, and the staff helped us find a place to park.
