I liked the extravagant decor - it gave the hotel uniqueness. Ocean views from the room were beautiful. The beach access was great. The food had great variety and it was great to have a la carte included in the "all-inclusive" package. The coffee from the cafe's barista was great. The Kids Club was brilliant - our son was there the whole time! They even took him on an excursion to the dolphin show. I loved the morning yoga and pilates - very authentic!

The hotel is very busy! Finding a table is like negotiating a seat on the subway. Some hotel guests are rude and push in front - that's frustrating but no fault of the hotel.

Second time in this hotel. Fabulous grounds. Fantastic room and service. Great staff, very polite and friendly. Can't really fault the place. Really good choice of food. Loved sushi restaurant and Italian. Great entertainment.

Spa...wouldn't recommend tbh. I've booked hamam with a massage. Treatment was meant to be 50 minutes, but it was very rushed into 35 minutes. Then I was just left in a relaxing area with screaming kids. Nothing was explained or mentioned that treatment over. I spent ages waiting, then eventually I just left... 4-7 year old children shouldn't be allowed in sauna, jacuzzi, etc. Spa looks like a playground. So, I'm a bit disappointed.

In general, everything is fine. Large area with several different pools and access to the sea. Various interesting activities. The room is not big but quite pleasant, the service can be considered good, the personal tries to please you and make you happy, except the reception - these guys go out of their way to annoy you and ruin your holiday, especially I remember the last one who ordered a taxi for our family and directed it to the wrong terminal .

There are a lot of people in the hotel, so you have to be ready to wait for everything: water, elevator, food, etc.

In terms of food - I have no complains at all! you won't be hungry 24/7. Non stop supply! Really enjoyed it. Having the private beach was also an amazing thing. Very limited benches but I guess you just have to work out your schedule :). Location wise was good to be close to the beach but have to take 30 mins bus ride to get to the town center to see local attractions.

paid wifi per device!!!! that was ridiculous. I stayed with my parents and paid like 30 euros in total. Thats nonsense I think. They need to fix it somehow. However, the coverage of wifi once paid was good. Room was a bit old, outdated I would say. I don't think we had a proper cleaning in 5 days.

My 2 kids and I spent a wonderful time in the hotel. I spent 15 minutes by taxi to get to the hotel. The stuff in the hotel was very kind and suggested us a very nice room where we could see the watterfall and the seacoast. Amazing:)) The sea wasn't perfect, but all the hotels near the airport don't have the perfect beach. There is a pool with the sea water so kids could have a great time and I was not afraid to be along with them. The kids' club helped me to leave the kids there and to pack our baggage and checked out. The choice of the food was great, but the taste of the dishes wasn't perfect. We liked milkshakes in the cafe (included). All of the guests likes the turtules in the garden. They are very fast by the way. The entertainment for kids in the evening wasn't massive, but most of the kids preferred not to dance but play with the turtules or with each other.

I guess the food wasn't very tasty, but there was a great choice of it.

I stayed at the Hotel with my partner and two children. As we paid for all inclusive, we thought it was only meals, however the alcohol drink were also all inclusive, which was amazing. Cleaner kept the room and the whole hotel spotless, they were always cleaning! We sent out children to the kids club, which was also part of the all inclusiveness - so my partner and I went to the gym (which is inside the hotel) during those times.

We had to pay for WiFi. The WiFi is free downstairs in the lobby, but had to pay to use WiFi in our room. Also, the TV wasn't that great as it was hard to find channels that were in English.

We have visited this hotel just for a night and have been surprised how Amazing and professional was animator in the mini club. Her name is Emel . She is so nice and gentle with kids. They crafted, played, studied like in proper school! Very professional. Emel speaks English and Russian very good. My kids fall in love with her. And just because of her we have continued ou stay. Next time when we come to Antalya again , we will choose this hotel and I hope we will meet Emel 🙏🤗😍

Clean and comfortable beds, bathroom. All food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was excellent. Live piano music during lunch created fantastic atmosphere. We were lucky to attend the Italian a la carte restaurant as well - nice menu, good quality, pleasant service. Sparkling wines and chocolates served at the lobby was a greate bonus every day! We attended hamman at the hotel and enjoyed 1hr massage and various spa treatments - very good quality and full service. Interesting entertainment after dinner almost every night (music, concerts, dancing, shows).

Fridge was not working properly, however it's not a big deal (since all the drinks are served at lobby bar during the whole day until midnight).
