loved how many pools there was. loved how it was on the beach loved the buffet food never got bored loved how all a la carte was within the all inclusive price loved the location, it was near a shopping strip

the salon/spa staff was very rude, but i did not let them ruin my stay. they push and push for you to book a spa, so i said i already done my spa experience so they can back off and leave me alone. it was quite expensive for the salon and spa services. would not reccommend.

The choice of 6 pools was fantastic and the aqua park. The kids pool which had a range of slides as we had a 2 year old. The choice of food at the main restaurant was good as well as the stalls outside serving fries, shawarma, ice cream, sandwiches and more which was included in the all inclusive. This meant that the days we didn’t want to go inside for lunch we could outside. Waiters/waitresses will keep checking if you need drinks or snacks by pool sides which was good. When we asked any questions the staff helped as much as they could.

The kids pool closed quite early (17:00), not sure why this was as the other pools would remain open.

1) Although there was lots if food in all the meal - still for small kids i was missing PIZZA just regular simple Pizza. 2) The rooms are not clean on time. e.g. in the morning's we left the room about 09:00 and came to rest around 14:00 and still room was not cleaned - it happened every day (also after loving the proper sign on the door) 3) Even when cleaning the room - they didn't refill the Shampoo / conditioner /tea and sugar

Aquapark and swimming pools were fantastic

Only Reception staff were not helpful, not interested in communication and provide information, seemed they did not care about guests happiness,

clean food is good the facilities are good

be careful about the photographer scam they come to the pool area take pictures refuse to give a price and ask you to come to office later where you will find a rude guy who just want to rip you off he said to us “stop thinking to much and just pay” when we complained about the fact that you pay for 10€ per photo print but if you want to get it also in mail or in any digital form you should pay extra 15€ total of 25€ we felt scammed and offended from the guy rudeness in general all the shops in the ground floor see you as a walking euro bill the prices are x10 compared to the stores in Lara which are 10 min walking distance

- the variety and availability of food - the staff is very kind and welcoming - activities throughout the day for the entire family

- the food taste is good, not delicious - the small market in the hotel is very expensive - our bathrobes were not changed though requested - it is very hard to get a reservation to the l La Carte Restaurants (you have to book very early in the morning) - sometimes we could smell sewage in our bathroom - still a bit pricey

Food and facilities were excellent. The staff were helpful and ready to do service. programs were also entertaining. Above all, the hotel was clean and had a lively vibe.

This hotel's facilities are mainly for families. I do not recommend it to young couples with no children. August and early September is really crowded. we did not like the noise and crowd during food time. It was also hard to find free sun-beds around the pools after 9am.

The location was perfect and the facilities were amazing. The staff were very helpful and excellent customer service.

I didn't like when we eat outside the cats come to us and we cannot enjoy our meal. The cat was following my plate and eventually I had to leave my food midway.

the variety of food. Hotels like delphin be grand should have the best quality and variety of food specially at winter when there is not something to do outdoors

The place is nice and clean. Kids love the water and the fun parks. A big thanks to the mini club team, my daughter, Sahab wants to go there everyday and stayed at the end of the day. They have nice activities and people are so kind.

The price is high. The bed is not comfortable. Lifeguard around the pools are not taking their job seriously. They go, walk, use phones.
