Amazing hotel that offers everything one would want in a visit to Antalya. The breakfast (8:00-10:30) is nice and has a good selection of different daily treats. The location is close to the old town Marina and has a good access to many public transport options. In addition, the hotel offers multiple day tours to different touristic attractions within and outside of Antalya. Lastly, you can end your day in a relaxing way at the Sauna and Hamam and can even book a relaxing massage program at a good price (in general, most of the programs the hotel offers either have the standard local price or are a little cheaper). The staff was very nice and the room in the hotel was the cleanest we have seen so far in our travels. Everything felt nice and it was just a superb experience.10/10

Everything was great!

The staff was absolutely AMAZING, in particular Eraj and Emre, they were both super attentive to our needs and comfort, helped us a lot through different situations and found solutions to some problems we faced. Congratulations on having such an amazing staff! The women at the spa were also super nice and caring, I felt very comfortable and relaxed with them. The breakfast was very complete with lots of new things to try every morning, they even packed us lunches to go the days we had early tours! The location is great and everything is new and clean!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They were very responsive, approachable, and spoke multiple languages, making communication effortless. The rooms were excellent—spotlessly clean and very comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a busy day. The hotel also offers fantastic amenities, including a sauna and a traditional hammam. We thoroughly enjoyed the excellent hammam and massage services available on-site. The location is ideal, situated near the old town, with easy access to explore its charm. Additionally, there’s a paid beach just a five-minute walk away, perfect for a quick getaway to the sea. We truly appreciated the high level of service and the warm atmosphere. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming experience.

The hotel was beautiful, and the location was great for us - central to the older part of Antalya and close to the Marina. Nearby tram stops made getting around a breeze and breakfast was a brilliant start to the day. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, no query was too complex and they were so friendly from arrival to departure. Use of the sauna and hammam was free and was a great way to spend a relaxing evening, we paid a little extra for massage treatments which were a brilliant way to top off our visit.

The rooms are compact but worked well for us, they are a little noisy at times so if you are a light sleeper you may want to request a top floor room to limit the noise from other residents.

We arrived at the hotel after a long flight. After a quick transaction, they allowed us to go to our room even though it was early. The room was clean and quiet. There was everything we needed in the room. We used the Turkish bath and sauna service. It was a great experience. I recommend it to everyone. I liked the fish pool very much. It is very close to the historical city, so I chose the hotel for that reason. we did. The breakfast in the morning is delicious, I want you to taste the Turkish style food. They asked us where to go during our check-out process and I would like to thank the hotel manager Barfin, who dropped us off at the bus terminal free of charge. The hotel manager Barfin, who is ready to help in every way, is the best in his job.

We recently celebrated our honeymoon in Turkey and stayed at Mai Inci whilst in Antalya and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel's staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Eyra and Emra at reception were particularly welcoming and went above and beyond in assisting us and always had a smile on their faces. The location was perfect, with easy walking distance to the old town and the marina. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel offered complimentary sauna and Turkish bath facilities, which we were able to book exclusively for ourselves. Complimentary water was available every day. The hotel offered us great discounts on excursions and spa bookings when booked through reception. On the morning of our departure, the reception staff kindly provided us with a packed lunch, as breakfast wasn't yet being served. We couldn't have asked for more! The hotel's excellent service and amenities made our honeymoon truly memorable. We would highly recommend Mai Inci Hotel and can't wait to return in the future.

Beautiful room, very nice staff, breakfast and sauna included in the price, central location, cheap, good enough breakfast with unlimited Turkish tea and coffee, 24/7 reception, elevator, two entrances from two different streets,. outdoor seating area to chill or eat breakfast, they made us a breakfast package as we were leaving at 4 AM, hairdryer in the bathroom, daily supply of free drinking water (2 small bottles), daily cleaning, fridge, kettle, tea and coffee in the room

The doors of the room didn't block any noise, you could hear everything from the hall. You can't lock the door from the inside because the mechanism wasn't working - that means anyone can get in with a card if they want to (the receptionist knew about it). Sometimes the food, plates, or drinks ran out at breakfast and the staff wasn't quick enough to restock. The spa was really underwhelming - the atmosphere is not great, the sauna is not hot enough (about 70°C), just one shower and one locker room for everyone (both men and women), patrolling staff makes you uncomfortable, spa packages overpriced (starting at 40€).

Old Town is just 3 minutes walking distance! Kaleiçi (Old Town) is so beautiful that I felt like I was walking on the streets of Rome and I think this place should be promoted more because I liked it very much. I was very pleased with the hotel's proximity to such a perfect place and its breakfast. Also, the employees were very friendly

Very friendly stuff, always helping, reception working 24/7. The Hotel is very clean. The location of the hotel ensures silence in its rooms. We enjoyed our stay in the superior room. The tea , water and coffee free of charge during all day. The hotel is well located: 5 minutes walk to Republic Square, within walking distance to the Old Town of Kaleici and the Port and two different beaches quite close. Presence of fruit at the breakfast , vegetable snacks: cauliflower, beans, stewed and baked zucchini and eggplant, green and carrot salads, cucumbers, tomatoes. Every day there were several types of bakery.

Unfortunately there was no muesli or oatmeal at the breakfast. it would be great if it will be possible to add some more different cheese and ham at the breakfast.

The breakfast was fantastic, it provided a vast variety of food for many cultures. There was a choice of coffee and local teas. The breakfast cakes were amazing-I tried them all! The breakfast staff were really hard working and quick to tidy up when guests have departed. One morning we were given a dance show with local Russian dancers, a nice surprise. I scored breakfast 10/10. Well done. When we returned during the day, refreshments were available at no extra charge. I must mention one particular staff member, Emre, nothing was too much trouble for him. He made our stay at the hotel extra special. The bedroom service staff provided fresh towels daily and cleaned the room really well. In general the hotel was really well situated for the old town, the marina and the tram to the shopping area or the beach. Will definitely stay here again.
