The apartment is beautiful, clean and spacious. It contains all cooking and laundry supplies. It is quiet and has a beautiful view of the swimming pool and a beautiful balcony. The reception staff are helpful and smiling, and they inform you of any information you want. Thank you to the reception staff. There are many supermarkets close to the hotel The swimming pool is very large, pleasant and clean, and there is a restaurant on the pool around the clock

Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Facilities were very good, with all the mod coms you'd expect. Very comfortable and clean. Swimming pool is fantastic and there is plenty of entertainment on offer.

The system in which they operate their breakfast is very bizarre and it is definitely one of their weakest points. Restaurant staff was extremely rude, refusing to serve me breakfast because my husband had already eaten(?). They refused to serve other customers as well, and one member of staff even had an argument (shouting and all) with a gentleman over how much food he could have on his table, "because his family was not there". At one point, I thought the argument would turn physical. Thankfully, someone interfered (called a manager) and the whole thing was calmed down afterwards. It was a very unpleasant situation to witness, especially considering that the gentleman was way over 70 years old and the waiter was a young guy. Unacceptable in every way.

Had one more night stay and all the towels we're taken for a wash, we haven't received clean towels back. The reception and cleaning staff said they will bring them in an hour but never been brought back. Checked with reception after a few hours and they said to give them an hour,still no towels. When we checked out I made them aware that they haven't bought clean towels

The hotel rooms were neat and clean. Staff was very friendly. Location was very beautiful, near to konyaalti beach and all the other attractions. Easy access to public transport as well. I would like to say about one person in particular Mr. Mustafa, he is amazing with fluent English language and helps us in guiding for all the attractions in Antalya and nearby places as well.

Pool was closed due to maintenance, I felt really bad. Even though they have mentioned it while booking, I think this might got solved, but unfortunately it was not.

This apartment in a comfortable place in Liman. All is close: Supermarkets, Caffeterias, Restaurants, The main street, The park etc.

You better choose anything else if you come early before the summer season since the cost is quite hight but the swimming pool and the hotel bar are not working. You feel you need to go somewhere else every time. The bed this time was not so comfortable. I felt my back was not rested good after a night. I didn't understand how to switch on the cold air - there was only very warm...

The swimming pool, as the area is in the sun most of the day. The location of this hotel is very good. Corner shop and food markets 5-minute walking distance. There is also a fruit market/car boot every Tuesday (at the bottom of the road) from 6am-6pm and they sell street food here. This is my third time at this hotel, so something keeps pulling me back but the last time at this hotel, the beds were very uncomfortable and so my next trip to Antalya will have to be somewhere else.

The room decor is falling apart and a lot of things in my room and around the hotel need updating. I didn't like that our room had a physical key to open the door and not a card, having a key means you either lock someone in or you can't go out alone. The cleaning at this hotel is also a problem for me, we stayed here for two weeks and the room only got cleaned three times. We had to chase the cleaners around and get fresh towels, a little annoying. Also, the sunbeds were not cleaned regularly enough for my liking. The beds are lumpy and new upgrading.

Lovely apartment. Beds very comfortable and storage was plentiful. Furniture a bit uncomfortable though.

Too far from amenities. Beach and restaurants are taxi trips. Shopping also too far to walk It's a residential area, not a holiday resort

I did not like that we did not have sofa in our room what was provided when I ordered the room. I was extremely disappointed of having a baby neighbor- he was crying all night long, we couldn't sleep at all, even I asked twice the hotel via e-mail to have an accommodation with No Kid neighbors. The receptionist did not help me to solve out that problem. There was a few accesories in the kitchen, that's why the dishwasher was used more than normal, what is not economical for the hotel.

I took 2 bedrooms suite which was very good, swimming pool view. location is perfect in konyaalti ( 2 minutes to grocery market) ( 10-15 minutes to market and hypermarkets). parking is available under the building which is perfect specially in hot weather.

cleaning service vary, ( it depend on the staff ( one time was perfect another was not))...cleaning every 3 nights you can pay extra for every night. restaurant on the front of swimming pool is very expensive they charge me 150lira for nargilah(Hookah) and when they clean the floor on the restaurant they ""push the water to swimming pool"" which is ""disgusting""
