Breakfast was excellent, location of the hotel is very good. The staff are very helpful and resourceful.

Room size. I had ordered a junior suite. It doesn't look like a suite more like a double room I told booking that I have 2 children with me to be in same room but booking made a mistake by not informing the hotel. The staff could not arrange a family room on the said date. Though they were kind enough to offer another small room but with small kids I could not accept that. So this mishap is responsibility of booking.

All the staff were fantastic!! Nice variety at breakfast, a fruit plate and bottle of chilled wine were delivered at check in. Terrace was nice in the evening for a drink, sunning during the day.

Rooms are not soundproof…you hear everything including next doors alarms, elevator ding, talking etc. Junior suite is tiny, they must include terrace in measurements. AC has no remote, so you have to get out of bed to adjust. Pool is only open 10-6, I would have enjoyed a dip in the evening. Wifi seems to disconnect a lot.

The property was in a great location, clean and easily accessible. The staff were great. Very helpful and pleasant specially house keeping, they were very nice and friendly

The room was a bit small. We had a toddler and a baby with us so it was a bit tight. The hotel images on booking are a bit deceptive as they have no images of the actual room we stayed in. We were expecting a bigger room.

All staff were really helpful. They would even give us touristic advice. Hotel was cozy and comfortable. The service was exceptional. Hotel rooms were clean. Location was perfect

Breakfast could be improved. Also the reception seating area closes early I would prefer if it was open 24/7

The hotel itself is very nice. Clean, cozy, with friendly staff especially working at night shift. Comfortable room with modern design, maybe a bit small, but if you only sleep there it's totally ok. Cleaning is done every day. The lady taking care of the room is just awesome. Breakfast is totally ok. Comfortable location: markets, restaurants 2 beaches are very close. For a city hotel Pure Blanche is just perfect.

A bit more attention should be paid to the pool area. Not clean furniture, torn sun umbrellas and garbage in the pool do not make perfect impression. It was not extremely critical for us, but it could be better. And for 2 people there was definitely not enough space for the clothes.

breakfast : 5 ⭐️ near to lara plaj (5 min walk) 👍🏻 near to bus stop that takes you to the old city 👍🏻 reactivity of the personnel who managed to book us a shuttle from the airport to the hotel even though i did the request the same day of arrival.

the rooms were a little bit small but comfy.

It’s very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Water bottles and orange juice was given as standard. Overall the Hotel is a really nice place to stay. And the view was lovely from the hotel

Some things are a bit small/cramped such as the Bathroom and the lift. The hotel is on a road with somewhat of a narrow sidewalk/pavement. So be careful when walking out. Other than that I had no issues

Room was immaculate cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bedding,bed comfy,lovely spacious terrace for me to sun bathe with a great view of the sea,I had the junior suite on 4th floor room 402,shower was amazing with free shampoo and shower gels,tea/coffee facilities in the room,free water all day,free cans of pop in your fridge everyday, the free gift of wine and fruit on arrival which was a lovely gesture, hospitality of the guys that work there was great very welcoming and very helpful, the location was great close to the restaurants,overall fantastic stay, Keep up the good work guys it was a pleasure to stay with you xx 😘 ❤ 😊

Can't complain about anything,pool a little small but for me I had my terraced which had the sun through out the whole of the day, breakfast was OK but I really enjoyed the omelette 😋

Terrace was spacious and enjoyable for drinks or suntanning. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Big breakfast buffet. Vibrant area for food, drinks etc. Was not put in the room I initially booked, but they fixed as soon as possible.

You hear a lot of noise from other rooms/hallway. Limited pool hours. Wifi cuts out/is slow. Had to ask for a top sheet on bed, which they kindly provided (staff are awesome!)

The staff were friendly, we were always greeted whenever we came or left the hotel. There was a few issues in our room, however they did their upmost best to make sure everything was working and fine. Our air conditioning was not working properly and this made me upset as I could not sleep properly and had to call up a few times during the night, however the next day when I mentioned this again the general manager came up and fixed this for us. Then when our fridge wasn’t working properly, he changed this and offered us an unlimited mini bar. This was lovely because they care about their guests! We had the terrace room, and the view was incredible! As I mentioned to them it was my husbands birthday, they arranged a beautiful cake and decorated our room.

No menu for breakfast which meant we could only order full English or Turkish breakfast. Pillows were uncomfortable, there should be more than 2 on the bed if they are flimsy.
