The hotel is clean, comfortably situated, with nice swimming-pool and good coffee, but what was above all expectations is the personnel. Sesgir was super-nice to us and visibly tried to do everything to please his guests. He is, for sure, a professional of high class an a person of beautiful soul. We were happy to be under his care. He even arranged bigger apartment for us for same price. And hookah made by him was also very tasty.

Wonderful helpful staff, its always nice to see such hospitable people in any hotel. In Castello they will make you feel like you came to visit old friends. Nice location on a street full of bars and restaurants and shops, but hotel itself is in a quiet small street. Maybe for somebody will be too far from the beach - around 1km/10min walk. Rooms (no.205) are simple, clean, everything working well, for such price you get way more than expected. You can trust booking.com photos of rooms. If there will be a chance, book aparts. The rooms and the facilities are very clean and nice. The hotel is very well located in the heart of Kemer, the surrounding area is very rich with shops, restaurants and coffee houses and the best thing is that theses places stay open all night long. The staff is very professional and helpful and will always make sure to ask you if you need any help or a recommendation.

The only problem we faced during our stay is the lack of hot water in the nights, after a long day in the hot weather of Kemer its normally that you will need to take a late night shower but unfortunately you wont find any hot water. For full discloser this problem is only at night, during the day hot water is available.

This is the best and most comfortable place we've ever stayed during the entire holiday, and it's also my kids' favorite. Located in the town center, the house is very clean, bright, and quiet. Sezgin is extremely helpful and friendly, always striving to provide the best for us. He is amazing and I hope his boss will pay him more because he knows how to keep guests coming back. Thanks to Sezgin for giving us wonderful memories.

The hotel is great. It has free swimming pool and space for parking next to it.

The air conditioner and fridge is so old that it makes sound which is very disturbing at night.

Super friendly and wellcoming owner, good sweeming pool, nice breakfast and very delicious turkish coffee and tea. Rooms were small and furniture quite old, but clean. There was also a fridge, which was quite convinient. Good location, near restaurants and shopping street.

As our windows were to the side, where was some bar, some nights were quite noisy because of load music.

The place was clean, spacious and had a view on the mountains. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, they gave local recommendations.. The room was cleaned regularly. For breakfast they only had Turkish breakfast, but it was okay and well-sized.

The kitchenette didn't have cooking basics like salt, pepper and oil, although we asked staff for salt and pepper and they were willing to give it. All knives were very small and blunt.

A great central location with lots of restaurants and stores around. It takes 15 minutes to get to the beach, and the walk is very enjoyable. Carrefour is 4-5 minutes away from the hotel on foot. The hotel is very tidy, rooms are cleaned every day - and very thoroughly. There was a fridge in my room, which I greatly appreciated. The staff is very friendly, always ready to help, and the pool is delightful! Also, the rooms are kinda soundproof - I heard what was happening in the corridor, but never - my neighbors.

There were some problems with water: it was either too cool or too hot, but it might have been the problem in the entire town.

Thanks to the employees and manager for finding kind solutions for my requests. They were flexible and open to help me with out any interest. Apartments are big enough and have amazing views from mountains and forest, that option is 100% recommendable.

There are always things to improve, it will come after a real and honest auto evaluation.

Quiet location , not far from the centre and the beach, nice staff , nice pool , we took an apartment and it was just perfect. Easy parking near the hotel, AC worked great, wifi was very good.
