A lot of pines and other plants on the territory, 1st line, private beach. Enormous variety of food all day long - everyone can found something. Beach is very clean, water also.

There were some issues with cleanliness - sheets were dirty with a pen and once I have found a dead cockroach near the door inside the room. We have lived on the first floor and there was a high humidity.

the hotel is very good , staff are very very good , pool is good and clean , location is good , room is so clean❤️❤️❤️

Everything was amazing

The territory of hotel is very green and has its vibe , tasty goods with freshly grilled meats. The workers of hotel are very helpful. The beach is sand which is perfect for kids, but deeper in the water there are stones, so the water isn’t very messy, mostly very transparent and clean . If you are there , strongly advised to visit hamam and spa. They have really high professional massagist there.

Our first room wasn’t very nice, smelled of mold, but was replaced on the first request.

Things I liked about our stay: - Staff were very friendly and welcoming - and spoke both Russian and English! - The food was excellent - there was a good variety to choose from and always plenty of it! - The swimming pool was great, the sea was lovely and the children really enjoyed the kids' club!

- The loud music played late every evening - you can hear it clearly in the hotel room and it sometimes goes on until midnight. Some will no doubt enjoy it but as a family we wanted to sleep a bit earlier. - Smoking is permitted in all outdoor areas which isn't great.

Lots of activities for kids (we stayed with a 6 yo and a 3 yo), including a comfortable pool, jungle gym, playground, board games, aquapark, and evening performances suitable for kids. There was plenty to do for adults too, we did a boat trip, visited the spa, and player board games during the hottest part of the day. Very beautiful premises with lots of trees and shade. Plenty of food choices, which all were very good and varied a lot. We stayed for more than two weeks and only at the very end, we started missing our home foods.

The bathroom supplies were somewhat "diluted". Also, Wi-Fi in the room was weak. It was ok to watch cartoons with kids, but not stable enough for a Zoom call. At the end, it's a true holiday place :)

Water sports are another highlight, with options like boat rentals and jet skis for those looking for a bit of an adrenaline rush. Just keep in mind that the jet ski rental is on the pricier side at around 100 EUR for 20 minutes. Ulusoy Kemer Holiday Club is an all-inclusive resort, and the food selection was solid. There are a variety of options, and the quality of food was impressive, with something to satisfy everyone. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with cozy beds that made for a good night’s sleep. The rooms themselves are well-maintained. Overall, Ulusoy Kemer Holiday Club is a beautiful resort with a lot of fantastic amenities and activities to enjoy. If you’re looking for a place to stay busy with sports and water activities, you’ll have a great time here.

The beach here has its ups and downs. While the beach itself is beautiful, the entrance to the sea is rocky and challenging, so it’s tough to go in barefoot. If you plan on swimming, it’s a good idea to bring water shoes. The non-alcoholic drink options were disappointing; there’s not a lot of variety, and they didn’t meet our expectations for a five-star experience. The only complaint about the rooms would be an extremely small blanket for covering ourselves at night. It was one person blanket put into a room for 2 people. The staff were friendly but didn’t go above and beyond, which is something we would have expected from a five-star resort. English-speaking ability among the staff was limited, with many only speaking broken English, which occasionally led to communication issues.

We had a great time staying here. Our kid loved it, especially the aquapark. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. Food is more than delicious (options are vast). The entertainment at night is fun. Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed. I absolutely loved the spa (massage) and Turkish bath is a must!

The room smelled of damp. Aircon is super strong but it blows at the bed straight into your head (we were only able to adjust the strength and level but still we had to sleep on opposite side). Sprinkles always kept our patio wet so we couldn't sit outside without slipping about.

Everything , from meal to rooms , cleaning to activities , comfort to luxary,sea to pool , were all more than we expected,will be our nexy year@s first consideration.
