Beautiful place, many things to do, staff vas very nice. The food was good, especially breakfast. Good music in the pool area e disco. There are many sports to play, beach volley, darts, bocce, tennis and fitness center.

If you need something and contact the reception, they were very late to bring them. So, for the last day, we needed the shuttle to checkout, as it didn't arrive, we had to go walking. SPA was very good, but the manager was a very rude person. He didn't like to explain, just take money!!

I went with my husband and 2 kids. We were bit disappointed with the room as the balcony had no sun and the room was very dark even with the lights on. I did ask to change room, but unfortunately the hotel was full. But on the up side - The grounds are beautiful with lots of greenry and wildlife. The entertainment team made our holiday. The kids club is very impressive lots of activities on everyday the staff were so friendly and made It fun for the kids. A big thank you to Ahu, who my kids absolutely adored. And played my sons fav song at the main pool ‘green, green grass’. Also a thank you to all the kids club staff who were great. There is also lots of activities for the adults such as aerobics, archy, water polo you won’t ever get bored at this hotel. There is food available all the time you won’t ever go hungry. The kids loved the ice cream hut. If your a coffee drinker, your be pleased to know there is a coffee shop with all sorts of coffee and an impressive selection of cakes 😋. We liked going to the al carte restaurants in the evening. Good selection of drinks. Good evening entertainment. We loved that the hotel is on the beach and has bars a very short walk either end. The main pool was a lovely temperature. The slides could do with a few more floats. I would recommend this hotel, if your looking for a fun family holiday this is the place. We plan to go back next year!

Comfortable pathways, beds and a beautiful garden in the complex. Sleeping there was peaceful, my sleep won’t interfered by any noise. The buffet has good kind of selections but the taste is average.

At the beginning, the room we get was horrible. It smelt cigarettes and there were no soaps neither at the shower area nor next to the sink. Bathtub had a broken element lying on the surface. They also forgot to provide us slippers and bathrobes. At the end I visited the reception and asked for another room and then we get an upgraded room which was really good.

It was accessible, not far from Restaurants or reception and was easy to get too. Very clean and was very modern and the bed was super comfortable.

The blinds on the glass window into the bathroom are pointless as you would have thought they’d be on the inside than outside in the room as anyone would be able to open them if they went into the room.

The room is comfortable, The dinner is very good, the breakfast is excellent,

the location is far away from public transportation, I think the main swimming pool is not enough for the resort residents, it was always full

Very very friendly Russian speaking lady Kifayet helped us with everything, thanks to her! Garden rooms in the forest are perfect, pools and ponds everywhere, the smell of the flowers and other greenery is amazing. Buffet, sauna, main swimming pool, pool bar, aqua park and the whole territory of the hotel are just incredibly awesome. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends

The hotel is dry. The hotel is not luxurious. It was not suitable for young people and it was suitable for old people. Weak internet in the rooms. Kids Club was not strong

Very friendly staff. Nice comfortable, clean rooms. A little dated, but doesn't take anything away from the pleasure of the stay. Food was varied and tasty. Lots of restaurants, so you're never waiting for restaurant timings. Beach was good, pools and slides were fun. Lots of activities. Evening entertainment was fun. Gym trainer was such a great guy. Really appreciated his help.

Not a negative, but being an ecological resort they have a loud rustling noise running around the resort. I think this keeps insects away. No wasps or mosquitos, so worth putting up with. Maybe would affect a sound sensitive child.

I loved everything about the place. Amazing food, structure, activites, the private beach is great and the staff is really helpful and nice.

The shops inside the resort are a joke. A rip off. Nothing has prices because it's embarrassing. The hotel offers most of what you needs but if you have an emergency and need a toothpaste or shampoo, forget it. Also, the main restaurant should forbid people smoking. It's impossible sitting in the outdoor area without feeling sick with so many smokers. They should adopt same policy that they have with the beach bar, one side is non smoking.

Lovely area/ gardens . Nice area with it being on the beach. Pools were nice.

The food was mostly cold on the buffet and no choice- same food offered every day.. Not enough seating for the evening entertainment.
