The hotel was amazing with big and very clean rooms. The hotel was very clean in general. There was a massive variety of food so everyone is able to find something for themselves. The pools were very clean; however water was quite cold because the pools are not heated. The sunbeds are literally everywhere so there is enough space for everybody around the pools. Great atttractions for kids. There was a soft play indoor with lovely ladies looking after the kids. Lots of slides outside so the kids are never bored. There were bars next to each pool as well so reason to walk a lot to get a drink or food. Every evening there was a mini disco for kids and my son absolutely loved it. There were also shows every night, different ones every night to keep you entertained.

I didn’t really like the beach. It looked dirty and abandoned. There was no bar or anything like that. Sunbeds were dirty and broken. The areas around our looked really good and looked after with lots of activities. I think you need to pay more attention to that. We stayed there an hour and then came back to the hotel.

The hotel is extremely clean. Is very family friendly. The rooms are a good size. They are cleaned daily and to a really good standard. The staff is very helpful and very approachable. The all-inclusive works really well. Every day from breakfast to dinner the food is very, very good and a huge variety. There is food available to every taste. Pools are good, but they are only opening towards the end of our stay. They were very helpful in setting up a birthday display. The sauna was really good to use. There is a lot of small areas where you can just sit and chill out. Every night there was some entertainment arranged. Is very child friendly and would recommend this as a family hotel.

There are only two points that I would like to point out. One; there is a massive language barrier so was extremely difficult to explain things. Had to use the translator on my phone. Two;all the facilities available where never told to us. We had to figure out a lot ourselves. We found out a lot more on the last 2 days. If we'd known at the start of the stay we would of used a lot more.

an outstanding stay, this is our first time on a family holiday, this is something that we saved and worked towards and not something that we can afford as a yearly trip. we did not know what to expect, and it met all expectations and much more. first the food, you are never hungry or without food, it’s so convenient. my children are fussy, and it made our lives as parents so easy, plus all food is halal and cooked really well, fresh and to a excellent standard. the choice of food is also incredible. the cleanliness is amazing. I never saw any mess, with the number of guests that are walking around with plates and food, of course there can be spillages, but the staff are very attentive and made sure that there was never any food or mess anywhere. the room itself so comfortable, we all slept so well, the cleaning lady, who I believe is Syrian, always a smile on her face, and always keeping our room perfect for us. the entertainment is varied and was never boring. I loved the activities, I wish I’d had more time to do more of the activities. the archery and shooting were by far my favourite. the convenience also of having a shop and the small shop downstairs that’s run by Ali to buy gifts, was so useful too, as I had run out of time to buy elsewhere, and he gave me a very good deal. land of legends is nearby, best time to go is in the evening, to really see how spectacular this place is, you can just visit the shopping centre if you don’t want to do the theme park. and finally the Wi-Fi, impressive signal for a hotel this big, having a good signal was very helpful. thank you Inn vista for a great stay, our first family trip that went so perfectly, we couldn’t ask for more.

only the lack of English speaking staff, I tried to learn some Turkish, to balance it out. but sometimes I got confused with directions or where to find the activities to do, as the staff did not understand what I was asking. and also the little info leaflet we are given with the keys, if that could be in an English version would have helped a lot.

The tall Day guest relation lady is very rude and not a guest relationship person. She dont even speak proper English.

Great variety of food and drinks, nice staff, great facilities for all ages. Swimming pools are very clean and there is plenty of space for everyone! Good A/C in the rooms

The room where the buffet was served was always very warm (no A/C). There is no iron or ironing board available in the property.. the only option was to send the clothing to laundry. The timing for lunch is very early 12:30-2:30 and the breakfast ends at 11 so not enough time to get hungry again. It would be good to extend these times.

Really good for kids, have kids club with soft play inside and play area outside. Animation team and staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was nice but almost the same every day. We had a massage at the hotel as well so worth it!

We’ve asked for the cot but when we came in to the room it wasn’t there. Wouldn’t be mind if we arrive on the day but it was around midnight. But all was sorted in 10 minutes. So I would just double confirm with them if you need one.

All Inclusive and off-season prices was amazing. Daily activities for kids and adults. Due to weather and cold waters the aquapark and pools are not so well. The you left with only one heated pool indoors that can access.
