Costa Bodrum City is an underrated gem in central Bodrum. It’s a family-run establishment and their love for what they do shows. My standard double room was a good size, clean with a cute balcony with a garden view. The breakfast was superb and made with love by Nagehan’s mother, which made it all the more special. There are lots of options, and she talked me through the traditional Turkish breakfast dishes. Fruit and olives are picked from the hotel’s garden. The property is central and close to everything but a peaceful oasis. The only noise I heard was the pleasant sounds of birds tweeting. It has a guesthouse feel, and the whole team is lovely and helpful. I would definitely return. Thank you, Cinan, for the excellent recommendation for authentic Turkish food, which also had an authentic atmosphere. Yeto for recommending a great hamam experience and Nagehan and the whole team for your warmth and kindness.

There is nothing to dislike. It's exceptional value for money. I usually say you get what you pay for, but in this case, you get more than what you pay for.

I really love my stay here at Costa. I want to thank Nage and her husband, also all staff , especially Etkin for such a great service. I found myself in a very unfortunate situation but they were super helpful and understanding. Breakfast was amazing, I especially liked eggs and Turkish pastry with cheese. The variety was great but I would suggest to also have some fruit for the breakfast buffet. They have a pool in the hotel , which is clean and convenient. But if you are a beach person like me - the beach is about 10 minute walk if not less. WiFi works pretty well. Also, if you did not find a safe box in the room- don’t worry , a front desk personnel can take your valuables and store it for you. The area is very safe and Bodrum is generally safe for single female travellers.

Great location, in the middle of the town yet feels far away in nature. Very cosy. The compound is full of greenery with smells of lemon trees and leaves in the air. Lovely little pool in the center. Exceptional breakfast with a lot of homemade specialities. Very friendly staff. Very reasonably priced for the value what you get. Also, great water pressure (not always the case everywhere in that city) Overall it adds up to a very harmonic stay.

Facilities in the rooms are a little old, little neglected. Towels and sheets are fine but the room wasn't super-clean, instead just it's alright-clean. The bathroom, again could be more clean and easier to operate.

EVERYTHING! The Mgr and the guys working the desk and ground were exceptional. Nagehan and her mom ! Put out a first class breakfast every morning with entrees that were unique daily , she seems to keep on top of everything. Take the guys recommendations on what to do while there . It’s nice coming back everyday to smiling faces .The pool area felt like a resort in Palm Springs with a big pool and comfortable seating in various perches in the tropical landscaped grounds.

The rooms are a little “tight” but bathroom decent size. , the balcony makes up for the room size and various seating areas around property provide additional space.

Everything. From start to finish, it was one of the best holidays that we’ve ever had. The people made all the difference from reception, to the cleaning to the chef. We even got a free upgrade to an amazing quadruple room without extra charge. Swimming pool, atmosphere, gardens, beautiful well behaved dogs, and the tranquil serene oasis, this is a place you must not miss if visiting Bodrum. Location is also amazing, city, castle, beach, marina, shops, bars and restaurants all within 10-15 mins walk. We never had to get a taxi. Even the old bus station is 10 mins away which takes you to many beaches, locations for less than a pound. And the breakfast, I’ve never seen a breakfast laid out like this, it is just amazing, produced with ingredients from the garden, made by amazing chef Mrs. Yucel. We arrived at the hotel shortly after our fifth anniversary and found our bed beautifully decorated with petals marking the occasion - such a lovely gesture! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with healthy local food cooked by the staff, our room was always kept clean, the pool was quite well maintained and the hotel bar had fair prices. Totally recommended!

The staff, structure, position, all is awesome. Rooms are really cozy, with air conditioning and a private bathroom. Breakfast is good, salt breakfast has more options than the sweet one, however, you can find bread, eggs, cakes, fruits and much more. It is near the seaside and the city center (5 minutes by walk), but far enough to have a good rest without the annoying noises of the night life. The staff is very kind and nice. It's perfect for both long and short stays.

I would have liked to have more options with breakfast specially with the sweet breakfast for those who don't like the salty one. A more continental like breakfast would be appreciated. However the food is good and you can take as much as you like

I recently stayed at the charming Costa Bodrum City hotel and it truly exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect—just minutes from beautiful beaches and surrounded by delightful shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is even more stunning in person than in the photos. It’s wonderfully quiet and super clean. The large swimming pool is a highlight, beautifully designed and set amid lush greenery. The small bar by the pool is a fantastic spot to relax, with service available throughout the day. Our room was beautiful , with air conditioning and views of the surrounding olive and pomegranate trees. The breakfast spread was a treat, featuring a variety of traditional dishes, homemade desserts, and delicious jams. What made our stay exceptional, though, was the warm and welcoming staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel like part of the family. This hotel is a gem, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Bodrum.

1st - If anything I'll give the staff here a 11/10. Helpful, friendly, wants to attend to all customers need 2nd - The location for the price cannot be matched easily, 5 mins walk to beach, 5 mins if you want to rent a car, easily reachable to all points of attraction 3rd - Breakfast is local, if you are a tourist they start each client with a tour of the delicious homegrown food. Jams made from scratch, vegetables sourced from their gardens 4th - After a hot day the pool is relaxing and big enough not to be in anyones face 5th - Rooms are cleaned regularly, no dust and toilet are kept dry, mind you it's a bit dated but all hotels are at the price range

Absolutely nothing

Excellent breakfast spread, really gives you an idea of what a traditional Turkish breakfast is like! Definitely recommend the hotel, the staff go beyond to please you, everyone is extremely helpful and friendly and professional, hygiene is maintained to the highest standards and the aesthetic of the hotel feels very welcoming with all the wood and the garden and the beautiful swimming pool. Standard bedrooms, don't expect a deluxe suite but all you need to rest in Bodrum. Beautifully located next to the port, short walk from everywhere, still kind of secluded in a quiet neighbourhood.

The only improvement I could suggest is the toiletries situation. Perhaps a liquid hand soap and a separate shampoo/shower gel. Also, be warned that there is a rooster nearby and he will wake you up early haha
