The location is super excellent. Close to the marine and all resturants area.

The room I stayed inn has a light curtain and bothered me when sunrises. I think those rooms on the view side only need to change window curtains so people could sleep comfortably. Workers in resturants and room service were so friendly and helpful. However, they lack of English speaking and this caused some difficulties for understanding us.

The hotel was in perfect location right across the marina , walking distance to restaurants, shopping and access to boat cruises . I would also like to thank Dora Bey as he went above and beyond our expectations. He upgraded our room to make our stay more enjoyable left us fresh fruit and wine , constantly kept in contact to make sure we were always looked after and always greeted us with a smile. Dora Bey knew that we were leaving early for a flight he even went to the extent of organising takeaway breakfast so we could eat it in the car. I would like to thank him for all his efforts and making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Lack of staff for housekeeping and room service - see leftover plates/ mugs left at poolside for 2 days no one cleared it, housekeeping came at 5pm for one of the days. Bathroom design is flawed - door is blocking the toilet bowl, the entire shower could be replaced as it’s dilapidated. Chunky furniture for the minibar and wardrobe that blocks walkway (given rooms are small) Breakfast area was not as comfortable - priority given to smokers as they occupy balcony patio with view of outdoors.

Front Office wins the Gold Medal for being so friendly, helpful and professional. Ahmed who provided concierge service upon arrival is a huge asset to the hotel. We also loved the pool area and the location of the hotel.

Service staff at breakfast! Totally hopeless, not trained, not active. Not once were we greeted upon entering the breakfast room. Nor did anyone ever say good-bye or have a nice day. This hotel badly needs a professional F&B manager. Service at breakfast was so bad that we never entered the restaurant. Nobody ever bothered to check room number - anyone can have breakfast there! And there was only one coffee machine for guests to use - and it was often broken. There should be 2 or 3 coffee machines. Insufficient air-conditioning in gym as one unit was out of order. In over two weeks this shortcoming was not repaired. Truly bad.

It was good, BUT, I think I got ripped off, I paid for the King suite a d they gave me the same room as my friend got for half the price. I did not notice it till right after checking out, when I asked him about his room, I paid 400 euro more for my room compare to what he paid. My room was 4102 the same room as my fried paid 400, I paid 800 . Not happy about it at all.

See comment above. Also I don't recommend prepayment for dinner since their system is very confusing and took us a long time to figure it out.

Fantastic location, very comfortable and convenient. Great staff always helpful. The pool area has always been lovely and surrounded by planting and flowers. Good food and service available from big chef on site. Rooms comfortable and spotless.

One problem on this stay. Pool area has a lot of planting and takes a lot of cleaning. That was not good on this stay. They also started cleaning the pool area too late in the morning. Empty bottles and glasses left by the loungers the evening before were still there at 10am the following morning. Such a shame that this area is the first thing you see in the morning. Have stayed here on many occasions and never seen this before. It was the same on all three mornings.

Location - next to the main road in bodrum. it got really loud at nights for some of the rooms that we booked. Pool - good quality pool, nothing wrong with it. Breakfast - really really good,

We paid for dinner and we paid a good amount of money. While, the dinner was okay, the range of items that they had on the menu that we could choose from was very limited.

This is the second time we are staying there and we have become family with the staff. They really go above and beyond with a smile. I would especially like to thank Dora Bey he has helped us out always checking in to make sure that we are comfortable and that everything is going on its way . I would also like to thank the staff Gonca and Ahmet bey they are always greeting you with a smile .

Not much not to like .

fantastic location near everything, what i loved is that even with all the noises outside the hotel, once you enter your room, its silent, there is a small place where you can sit just outside your room with a table and chair, pretty cool as well, you can exit to it through your own small window.

navigating to the hotel was a bit hard, had to pay for a parking lot just outside but then got instructed by the hotel to move the car to the designated area, might be a good idea to point that out in the booking.com description but not really a big deal.

Location amazing as we took a gulet trip the pool ideal to relax as soo hot Breakfast was amazing so much choice

The price has increased so much we have stayed in the hotel many times even before it changed to a Hilton we brought 10 people with us on this trip as we love the hotel but disappointed we didnt get a cheaper rate as a group of 12
