Friendly staff, nice location, great services and affordable price. Beachfront and pools were amazing

The rooms are not soundproof. Any noise in the hallway or outside the room were very noticeable and annoying

Fantastic 9 nights, will be back 100% with friends, first class customer service. We went without any special expectations, we only wanted sun and sea, but we got a lot more. The big reason for our happy stay is the staff, unfortunately we cannot list all the names, We are grateful for the care of the staff, hard work and professionalism in everything Sport - a team of professionals - we recommend visiting arboreal shooting, it sounds strange, but it’s a super experience with an amazing teacher. Cycling, group classes and much more at a high level.. Food – 24/7, everything was great, as a recommendation to take local dishes, they are a little better (kebabs, grilled meat). Excellent pastries for breakfast (Croissant), always fresh fruit in abundance, fresh orange juice. Special thanks to the staff at the restaurant - Azat, his professionalism and care are invaluable, grateful. Beach food during the day, fruits and snacks are also available, which is very convenient for an afternoon snack. Events - super parties every night, with high quality, we especially recommend not to miss the Silent Parties, something new for us and super cool, just try it once and you will appreciate it. Beach - there are never any problems with sunbeds, plenty of free space, towels too (we read reviews about other hotels, there are no problems with provision on the beach here). Сleanness -10/10. The area itself in Bodrum is gorgeous, the sea is magnificent, the water is clean and entry into the sea is as comfortable as possible. The overall impression is the best, we are sure that we will come back here again, and we confidently recommend it to everyone

Minuses Soundproofing - our room was not far from the reception, and at night after 12AM you could hear people having fun in the bar. And also, even when our neighbors watch TV. Fish - The white is always overcooked and dry (unlike meat). Price in paid restaurants - the prices are too high, 40-50 euros per dish, even in Dublin where we live, the price range is lower, this is not justified.

A lovely property with lots to do and amazing evening entertainment. Amazing for people who like to be by the pool/beach during the day or also do activities. The evening entertainment was amazing but also offered a quiet space to sit down without being involved in the entertainment

Personally the food was not amazing for me however I believe that depends on you as a person! The room above us we’re extremely noisy through the night keeping us up. When this was mentioned to reception/customer services we were told we could only be moved to the room next door however they would ask the guests above us to keep the noise down which did not happen.

Amazing planning of activities through out the day and night. Always kept their customers engaged. Not for a minute we thought that oh what do we do next or we are getting bored. Always busy with the activities that the property had planned through their app. Especially the fitness related activities were outstanding. The staff was simply amazing with smiles on their faces all the time and always interacting with you even whenever they saw you. The food was exceptional with an insane amount of options. We never felt the need to leave the resort and go to the city. We stayed for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed for 5 nights to absorb the magic properly!So nice!

More work can be done on the rooms. Simple amenities like conditioner, tooth brushes, sanitary kits were not available. Shampoo was given but it was a two in one with bath gel so its highly unreliable if you care about your hair. So my recommendation for the people coming is that bring all these things with you. If you charge such a high price then the rooms should be a 10/10 just like your other services at the resort

All the available services are great. A lot of activities are planned: shows, music nights, sunset cocktails, fitness, water sports. The food is very good and it changes day by day. There is also sand beach to enjoy easily the sea. There are a lot of nice spots to chill and relax: two separate pools are present for family with children and for adults only. The resort is close to Bodrum city and it is 30-40 minutes far from the airport by taxi.

We booked the superior room, the size was good but it was very basic. A fan in the bathroom would be nice.

The resort was very nice. The location and view of the sea from there and the pool area is great. Gives you that holiday vibe/mood being there and at an all inclusive resort, it's nice to have that feeling cause you never feel the need to leave. The restaurant and food options were great. There was always a great variety of meals available. The friendliness of the bar staff is also great, even at the reception area since that is the one that is open late. The staff is patient and always willing to assist. The buses are also just outside the entrance for if you need to go to town and reasonably prices. So you really don't spend that much additionally when staying here.

Can't really point anything out. Everything was to standard. Never felt like I wish there was this or that.

The hotel and staff was amazing from start to finish. The food was very good and so much to choose from. especially in the on site restaurants, the food was excellent. There is a Beach front, adult swimming pool, slides, main pool, fitness classes, and parties every evening, so much to do!! Special thanks to Ekrem, mehmed and Celil from entertainment for making our holiday extra special.

The evening meal in the all inclusive as our least favourite, but we still always managed to find something we liked.

Staff are good, meals also. Garden is full of palm and banana trees. Greenery is everywhere.

There is no fitness room, facilities for kids are poor. You can not sleep nights there are very noisy at 3 am 4 am at midnight. Also bad smells in room because of canalizations. Rooms’ doors are poorly isolated, who speaks in corridors sounds are inside. Location is not good the road from city center to the hotel is very narrow, be careful when yo drive.

By far one of the best trips we had as a family.. I think their instagram page and social media presence doesn’t do the place justice.. the resort is great .. has great facilities.. great food .. great staff .. very helpful and always smiling and they mean it.. very kid friendly.. we stayed for 4 days .. only left the resort once for a boat trip across Bodrum but spent all our time at the resort.. highly recommended!!

I like the spirit I saw in some responsible: the turkish restaurant was very well managed, with a great leadership from the head of the restaurant. The overall Team atmosphere was great: nice people and nice organisation. Loved the life music night as well as concert with the sax at the sunset.

The main restaurant: there are several choices of food, but the quality of it wasn’t great: salad was tasteless, fruits too much mature and without taste or flavor. Fish selection was too poor as well as the turkish bread: with all choices we have in Turkey there was such a little choice. Also the wine list (including the selection of wine with extra charge) was too little, too poor Quality. Water sports have a wide list of choices, but you need to pay 150 € to get some paper to do windsurf: if you don’t plan to do it, even for just an hour of your entire staying.
