Moderate location, close to everything but you need to drive from 5 to 15 minutes. Very helpful and polite staff (specially the reception girls).. and for 4 stars hotel they need to renew some of the facilities, the variety of the breakfast and give some lower prices. For whatever you won't find what you expect, they will compensate you the friendly staff !!

There is nothing really negative except a few details.. and -as almost in all over the country- the fact that they all "speak a little English"- (.. almost not at all in fact.. and communication is possible only with "hands tongue".. or Google translator) !!

Nice clean hotel.

When I made the booking the hotel contacted me asking me to have dinner there. As I knew I was going to be driving a lot that day I said OK. They confirmed my dinner plans. But when I arrived, while not having to eat anything that whole day, specifically not stopping for dinner anywhere before, surprise! No dinner. They said it is not season yet. While I understand that, it would have been nice to be informed about it efore my arrival, especially since the dinner reservation has been confirmed by them before.

An excellent location, a very nice garden with pool and generally a Mediterranean landscape to enjoy during vacation. The central a/c system was broken, but the hotel nicely upgraded us to the 3rd floor, were rooms were refurbished and had individual a/c systems.

Not a great breakfast by general standards, let alone the Turkish ones that are much higher! Evening shower had cold water while morning wash up was made exclusively with hot water as no cold water ran through. My personal preference was the other way around, but is of course subjective :)

The hotel itself is good. Everything looks pretty clean and well-conditioned. It was easy to park car around the hotel and I assume that even during the season there is anough parking place. The location was good for us. It's quite, a bit remote from the beach, but it takes around 10 -15 mins to get to the beach by walking. Hotel staff is nice and friendly. Our kid enjoyed playing on the hotel yard.

The breakfast in general was fine, but I can't say there were enough healthy options especially for kids. Maybe there are more options during touristic season.

The hotel staff should learn English I think, since they work in a hotel and they have guests from many countries

good view of the olive field; children’s playground. our room was facing the swimming pool initially so it’s v noisy at night because we need to open the door as there’s no air conditioning. however, the friendly staff Alkan exchanged a room for us which is facing the olive field and much quieter and cooler. we had a good night sleep eventually. kudos to the staff!

air conditioner was not switched on, so need to keep door/window open all the time otherwise stuffy

Enjoyed large pool set in large grounds . Rooms were fine, next door as requested Free water a bonus. Although very little English spoken staff tried to be helpful and friendly. Food was pretty good and wine ( once we found out how to get some) reasonably priced - although we didn't know the prices till we checked out

Difficult to understand what the procedures were if you didn't speak Turkish particularly what you had to do for yourself at meal times at the buffet (eg get your own cutlery , bread, serviettes, how to get a drink, what choices were available ) After two days we were finally getting the hang of it but some for of written explanation in English would have been useful.

It is in the middle of the nature which makes the whole experience very relaxing. The room was very nice and comfortable and they have several amenities and a very nice garden to chill out. I liked that the foosball table was free to use, as most places make you pay money to use it. There isn't a wide choice of food but what they serve look and taste good. The breakfast is served at a reasonable hour which helps visiting Troy.

In our opinion it's hard to find something we didn't like, but it's a pity the buffet didn't offer more fruit, specially at dinner time.

It is a low season, so we arrived to the hotel that looked totally desolate and abandoned. This initially caused some panic on both sides, but the room turned out to be spacious, the bed comfortable enough and the kitchen very efficient - both the dinner and the breakfast was well above our expectations.

The decor is a bit outdated, but it really does not matter for one night
