A great location right out the front of the ferry port with a wide range of restaurants in close proximity. Great service from the staff and management. An excellent breakfast to be had in the rooftop restaurant. I well recommend a sea view suite or corner suite to make the most of the location.

The Valets changing the settings, seating arrangement, dash/ info/ radio settings for the short drive in our hire vehicle was really annoying; Every time we retrieved the car, we had to spend 5 minutes re-adjusting everything back to how it was for our next drive. The noise from the nightclubs next door was a bit annoying, but stopped at midnight both nights we were there. Not the hotels fault, just something to be aware of when staying here.

The parking is far away from the hotel, but the guy from the staff is very kind! I didn’t like to pay my espresso coffee during the breakfast. It’s not a question of money but a simple hospitality.

Excellent location to wharf (ferry) and restaurants all around you. Great sitting at your balcony (if you have one) to watch the world go by. Great water pressure in shower. Breakfast was traditional Turkish and lovely.

Small blanket for two but I am sure we could have asked for more. Wasn't that cold 😆

Large room, cleaned regularly. The hotel is at an excellent location for exploring the city. The breakfast is a traditional Turkish serving, combined with fantastic view over the Dardanelles from the top of the hotel. The valet service is a real value - otherwise it is impossible to find a parking place on your own.

Noise - both from the busy street beneath your windows and from the neighboring bathrooms.

Such a convenient location with a wonderful sea view. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Their restaurant overlooking the water is bonus and the food is great.

Could possibly be noisy at night although it did not bother us.

We didn't like that they changed sheets and towels with clean ones daily, but they didn't clean floors, wipe dust or use the vacuum cleaner at all. Personnel doesn't speak English at all, except for the receptionists (not the cleaning ladies, not even the people serving at the restaurant). Unfortunately, no variety at the breakfast, although it was delicious.

We enjoyed our stay in Kule Hotel. It has beautiful views from the terrace restaurant where also the breakfast is served. Hotel is located in the very center of the city and there are lots of places in a walking distance. The room was modern and spacious. Also there is a free parking in 500 meters. Breakfast was quite standard for Turkey, but delicious and nourishing. I highly recommend to visit the restaurant on the roof.

Breakfast was great (terrace has great views and service was excellent), liked the heated flooring in the room, location is fabulous and we had a great sea view with nice big windows. Weren't able to check-in early but they stored our luggage.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Description of hotel says non-smoking however there was an ashtray on our balcony and our room neighbors clearly smoked often as we could smell the smoke very heavily in our room. Few stains on the bathroom walls (toothpaste) but otherwise very clean.

This hotel is in an excellent location very handy for the town close to the restaurants, bars and shops and directly opposite the ferry. The rooms were spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel and the hotel staff couldn’t do enough for you. We would definitely stay here again. The only fault and it was tiny was the beds were a little bit too hard..still slept well though.
