This is my 2nd visit to Piril Hotel after 6 years. All employees are smiley and helpful against every single guest. Reception staff was very helpful and I have been informed about the hotel clearly upon check-in. Bell-boy who has escorted to us was very gentle. He was able to answer all our questions. Dilaila beach was not so far but it would be great if the hotel would own a private beach in the hotel area. Variety at Dinner and breakfast buffets were more than we were expected. Service team were supportive. Rooms were clean and, we were very satisfied about daily cleaning. Definately we will go again.

The facilities were nice and the location is very good. They are relatively close from a beach (1km) and close to the city center. And also they provide transport to a different beach.

The staff did not know a lot of english, the food was just ok, we managed to find something to eat everytime but we felt like we had no options. Also the labels on the food are all in turkish and it is difficult to find someone who knows english.

Spa : Amazing service by the Spa staff (Mr Yusuf and his female colleague) during the differents spa treatments (massage and VIP Turkish hammam for a couple). Good advice and always kind during our stay at the hotel. He is really helpfull and had some nice conversations about çesme and surroundings as well as the hotel services Hotel service : The new staff very polite and always ready to offer their help. Attentive to our requests and they are open to new suggestions or improvements in their clientele service / buffet menu. Mr Arda provided a very good service in the hotel. He kindly upgraded our room when we arrived. He also helped us looking for a rentcar at a reasonable price. He gave us good advice about the activities in the surroundings. he also helped us when my partner stepped on a sea urchin and needed medical assistance. Mr Gokhan (Manager) is a very lovely and great person. He was very helpfull and kind. We really appreciated his management approach with the clients of the hotel and we had some good advice about local activities and locations to visit. We felt really as guests in this hotel. Buffet : Clean tables during our buffet diner. Variety of menu in their buffet. It was good. Room cleaning : The cleaning team did their job well in the rooms! Thank you! The WIFI is a little bit slow but that is a good way to disconnect and enjoy the hotel and the surroundings ;). The pillows were a little bit too thick and hard and it wasn't the same as my partner who had a soft one and thinner. Fish menu were a little bit dissapointing because there were too many fishbones (that should be extracted) and made it hard to eat and enjoy the fishdish.

The hotel is very lovely place to stay. We stayed with family for 5 nights and we got even better rooms that we paid for. Welcome drinks in the lobby makes you feel so special when you arrive to this great hotel. The hotel is around 5 min to the center of Cesme and shops and all entertainment. Very clean and comfortable everywhere in the hotel. Costumer service high class. They smile to you and make all your wishes true😊 Upstairs and downstairs pools very nice and clean. Breakfast and diner so delicious, life music in the restaurant and Lobby so wonderful. A special thanks for Secin and Mehmet from the reception side and Gökhan the restaurant manager. Those people as well as other staff of Piril hotel made our stay so perfect and unforgettable in Cesme. We recommend this place.We will definitely come back to this hotel!

It is a hotel that we like very much in terms of price-performance. You get service for the price you pay. The staff is very polite and always concerned. The cuisine was incredibly delicious, the breakfast was enormous for us in terms of variety. Especially the chocolate they made was legendary. A service and quality that we will definitely seek without thinking if we go to the fountain again.

The private beach with platform where you can relax all by yourself. Towels are provided at the entrance. Ice cream, water and snack were available. Staff can bring it to you to the beach. The view was great too.

MANTI, ( mini ravioli) it is one of my favorites Turkish food. However, the Manti that day wasn't good. I was literally eating a plate full of dough. It was supposed to be stuffed with minced ground beef, i told the water how disappointed I was, it was one of the reasons why I came back to Turkey- eat delicious Turkish food. It can be improved. Otherwise, everything was great.

Staff was very helpful, polite and professional. Arda bey made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Food was very good - amazing variety. Premises were kept very clean. Location is fantastic - close to town.

It has a great location with 3 thermal water pools, 2 of 3 has jakuzi and one of them is open air; there also 2 open air swimming pools..they are clean and beautiful; the dinner and breakfast was really delicious and there was a live music during dinner..the staff was so polite and helpful..the rooms was clean and there was free tea, coffee and big bottle water..the wifi internet was good..We have really loved this hotel..
