Perfect stay for one night to visit the king’s tombs and Iztuzu beach. 1min walk from the tombs. All the streets nearby seem to be extremely busy and touristy until late in the evening, here you can still have a quiet night. Room quite narrow but does its job for a night. Useful little balcony and free small breakfast on a nice roof terrace overlooking the river and the tombs. Very good money for value.

Parking can be a bit tricky. Staff at the reception weren’t very welcoming. Breakfast served between 8:30-10:30 but when we arrived at 9:45 half of the buffet was empty. We had to ask for more and staff was a bit unmotivated to serve us whilst having breakfast themselves :(

Lovely little hotel in the centre and stones throw from the river. Roof terrace for breakfast with views of the river and Rick tombs. No complaints for the price paid, apart from the pillows which were a bit hard. The shower was super powerful and there was always hot water. Murat and Volkan were both lovely and very helpful. Will return.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. They organized take away food for us and allowed us to leave our bags in reception for the day we were leaving. The hotel is just near the river where all the boat tours leave, plenty of cafes and bars too nearby. The room was great, had a balcony you could smoke on. Air-con was working. Some resident cats and dogs too which was fun.

Fabulous small well maintained Hotel in great central location. Owner was always visible, polite, friendly and helpful . Same qualities of all staff including the lovely cleaning lady. Will definitely stay here again. And would highly recommend this Hotel.

- roof terrace is lovely and available all day with a lovely view - buffet breakfast is pretty good - location is right in the centre of everything and by the river - value for money is excellent

- big ball of hair behind the door in the bathroom - no bins in the room - fridge is shared (downstairs) - limited parking but bigger car park is 2 mins away - picture on booking.com suggests there is a pool but this is now covered and there is a seating area instead

Location was perfect, so close to everything. Great views of the ancient rock tombs and the river from the terrace where we had our breakfast each morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. You need to ask for housekeeping when you need it but that didn’t bother us anyhow.

Wifi was not great but again didn’t bother us as we had our local Turkish sim.

We booked this property on the day of arrival as the hotel we had booked was awful. The host still made us very welcome and gave us an upgrade to give us a bigger room. Room was clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and was a simple Turkish breakfast, but nice. Room price was very reasonable for what we got. It was located just 100yards from the river

We only used the room during the day prior to sadly going home. We had access when we needed it and the air con worked very well which was much needed. Good location if staying as only a minute walk from all attractions in Dalyan The staff were great, despite my lack of Turkish and their lack of English (which isn't a problem at all!), the guy on the desk went out of his way to try and locate our taxi. Thank you.

It was a bit dirty. You get what you pay for though so I can't moan. €36 for one night in the height of Summer!

The staff are super friendly and helpful even though I don't speak Turkish. They offered me free melon, coffee, and more while I was working on my laptop. The hotel is centrally located and very cute with a top terrace. It is nice and clean. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in Turkey.

There wasn't anything that I noticed that needed improvement really.

I knew the location, which is ideal as really close to restaurants , bars , shops , supermarkets , and literally a minute away from the river and boat trips. A good simple comfortable room. A lovely terrace.
