I think this hotel is a good place for anyone to stay. It's situated in quiet area of the city close to the Castle (5 min walk). Ömer, the owner does a very good job in making your stay comfortable. My room was spacious and was facilitated with a fridge, a desk, a modern tv, hair dryer and commodities. For people that use their room for more than just sleeping (like blogging in my case) I can recommend this hotel. I like how the rooms were decorated, it created a peaceful ambiance.

The shower cabin was cracked at the bottom through which water leaked on the floor. The toilet seat was partially unhinged. In my opinion the breakfast selection could have been more diverse. There might have been a language barrier but when I arrived the floor was not vacuumed. I asked the receptionist and as I would have dinner someone would have a look at it. When I got back it hadn't been done yet and the receptionists shift had ended. Again, there might have been a language barrier but the floor wasn't checked before giving out the keys.

The hotel is located in the quieter part of Erzurum. In the morning, the shops for the locals are opened and we managed to shop as how the locals do! Parking along the road was easy, except that ice forms on the curbside of the road during winter. But the weather has got nothing to do with the hotel. Breakfast was alright check in was smooth and the bed was comfortable!

Room lighting could be improved but other than that, happy guest(s) here!

This hotel has exceptional value: the rooms and floor plan obviously altered from a building originally for other use. As a result, the room is quite spacious. The location is not exactly in the center, but you can walking along a nearby shopping street for 700 meters to the gate of the fortress. So the distance is walkable. And since it is not right in the center, there are plenty of street parking spaces in front of the hotel. It is relatively easy to drive in this part of the city. So, balancing the location, the price, the room area, I will say it offers exceptional value.

Staffs are good and helpful, we stay at this hotel whenever we stop in Erzurum. all is good.

Breakfast, I expect there were be coffee at least.

Atlas Otel is just a fine hotel. Room was okay, breakfast was okay, staff was friendly.

The only disappoint was the cold shower. The hotel had some problems was the gas, they said. I believe it was an incident but because of this I give them a 7 in stead of an 8.
