We stayed in Erzurum for just one night, we wish we had stayed longer in this beautiful city. We thank the hotel staff for a comfortable stay and the guy at the reception was extremely friendly, and he gave us a great room, it was just the soundproofing isn't that great in this hotel. The guy also gave us maps and told us what to visit and thanks to him, we got to visit the beautiful Palandoken (a skier's paradise) which was perfect. The breakfast too was scrumptious. We would definitely love to visit this place again.

The soundproofing was poor, and since my wife was unwell it was quite disturbing having kids yelling, doors banging, in the corridors and adults singing away past midnight. But otherwise we loved this place.

The rooms are relatively newly renovated (bathroom a bit less so), mattresses new and quite ok. Staff very friendly and helpful (printing boarding passes, flexible payment, calling a cab). Breakfast with quite nice selection and complimentary coffee and tea in the room. 15 minute walk to the centre but this applies to all 20 hotels in the same road.

Security: cables open in the bathroom, socket fell out next to the bed. In front of the window was a fire stair, so I had to close the window when I left (theft protection). When I came back it was open again. The walls are definitely not soundproof, but I also had neighbours who behaved like a wild herd of buffaloes at midnight (shouting from window to window across the small court...)

If we stayed for 1 night I would have rated it 9. The rooms are nicely furnished, clean, comfortable beds, hot shower with good pressure, wifi is good. The rooms are a little small but still functional. Breakfast is very good with many choices (cheeses, meats, olives, bread, cakes, eggs, French fries). Based on other comments we paid in cash. We asked about credit card fees but they didn't know what we were asking.

It is quite hot at night in the summer, air conditioning or even a fan would help. The main reason for not giving it a 9 are the thin walls. On the second night someone was in the next room. They weren't being loud, only talking in a normal voice but we could hear everything as if they were in our room. It went on until late into the night and we had to get up early.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and it had a good bathroom. The fridge was very useful in our room. When we arrived our room only had one curtain which didn't quite stretch across the window but this was sorted on our second day with an extra curtain. The breakfast had a good variety.

On our first day some of the breakfast items didn't taste very fresh. There were fries but these were cold and tasted a bit stale. The same with the cigar borek. However on the second day it all tasted fresh and was much better.

The cleanliness of the hotel, the quiet atmosphere of the hotel, the relatively appropriate behavior of the staff

Very good location, big comfortable bed, breakfast very good - lots different options available. Staff very friendly - no problem leave luggage after check out. Very warm room which was important in freezing cold weather outside

Good heating is important but would be helpful could regulate temperature- our room was quite small so night time was a bit too hot

The staff was very helpful and lovely, the room was comfortable and clean

The WiFi was very slow, and the walls are quite thin, you can hear the neighbours.

Central location. Really helpful staff when we arrived. Room was nice and clean and really enjoyed breakfast on the top floor.

The toilet paper dispenser. Didn't function well.

Good cleaning, hotel in the center, it’s comfortable to go to the ski lift by taxi.

Poor breakfast, constant puddles in the bathroom and very hot room (it’s better than cold, but we can not regulate it)

Brilliant clean and perfect staffs Specially Mr. Hakan for his support, helps and hospitality. Great breakfast with city view, Will come back again if i went through Erzrum again
