We spent two weeks at Beach 222. The staff was very attentive and extremely friendly. The location right by the beach is perfect. Thanks to the excellent Wi-Fi and the comfortable lounge and seating areas, the place is also very well suited for working remotely. The main beach is within walking distance. For both experienced riders and non-riders: for horseback riding, we recommend Kajaköy (contact: Burak). A must-do is also the party boat tour on one of the large ships in Ölundeniz – a fun experience! And for those looking for a thrill, paragliding is an unforgettable adventure.

The rooms are really good and comfortable, 20m away from a very nice beach with calm and warm water. Each room is like a little house that has independent access, which was ideal for us travelling with a little one. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The loud music from the neighbouring resort almost every afternoon. The food was ok but there was not a lot of choice.

Absolutely stunning, very remote, the lagoon water is absolutely amazing to relax and swim. You can purchase items whilst being at the beach etc on a tab and pay it at the end of your visit. It really is a gorgeous location. Staff were very good and 24/7 reception makes it even more easy.

Would prefer a buffet style breakfast instead of having to choose one thing off the menu.

The location of the hotel is very private, and there are many cars, many of which come for the hotel's private beach. The staff at the door are very nice. It is difficult to park in the parking space, and they helped us park. The hotel rooms are fully equipped. The breakfast is also rich, and it is very pleasant to eat breakfast with the sea breeze. The staff on the beach are also very handsome and enthusiastic. The only drawback is that the room does not provide free mineral water.

Beach 222 is in a pretty, quiet location right on the lagoon. It’s an easy walk into the main part of the beach town and the restaurants. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet, clean and spacious. The beds are comfy and the shower is very good. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful (so much food!). The beach is a lovely spot to sit with a cold drink and enjoy the water and views.

Friendly helpful staff. Great location for walks and kayaking on the lagoon. Private beach on doorstep. Good size room. Breakfast was superb too much. Loved all the cats around.

Bathroom smelt was damp. Room not cleaned or tidied properly. Only towels were changed. Bedding was poor just one thin duvet. Kept awake by loud party music until midnight on one of the nights.

Great location on the beach, beautiful and huge apartment with great views and incredible terrace. Exceptional breakfast. Staff very helpful and always available. You can rent a pedalo and have a drink at the bar within few steps from the apartment. Strongly recommended.

Parking spaces are scarce, it was tricky to find a space.

It was so cozy, warm and welcoming. We were here in a low season (the end of October) and caught a specious apartment with a big terrace, two bathrooms, big TV and good sea view

There are some little things that can be improved easily. There are needed several hooks for towels and clothes in the bathrooms. It would be so useful if there will be microwave and some glasses for wine

The rooms are cozy, clean, and have a modern design. The hotel is situated in a lagoon and has a small stretch of private beach, with beach chairs and umbrellas available for use free of cost. The breakfast is good and the restaurant staff is pretty friendly. The hotel is at a walkable distance (about 15 mins) from Oludeniz beach.

The rooms are dimly lit. The restaurant closes around 6 pm, so you will have to order in or go to the strip along the beach for dinner. The female receptionist is not the friendliest..

Location was just perfect. The beach was beautiful. A special thanks to the very friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. I drink a lot of coffee, staff had no problem topping our supply up. Beautiful venue, wonderful stay.
