We loved the place. It was central and a great place for relaxation for a family trip. We didn't have to take our car when we went out in the evening/night which was perfect. Even though our stay was during the public holidays we always found a free parking spot in the vicinity (max 10-minute walk) Breakfast was fresh and delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good but I recommend going down at least one hour before it's over because many things were gone when we went down at 09:30. And they have only one iron. Even though I asked for it multiple times, it wasn't available

The location is perfect. The Bedroom was spacious, clean, comfortable beds, good wifi. Although the coffee was only decaf in the room but it was good. The AC needed time to work perfectly, but maybe due to the hot weather and that the room façade which was glazed. The various selection of beer.

The Breakfast: the plates were not clean. Coffee was a small jar of instant coffee, no warm milk available only room temperature. Warm milk should be added with a good coffee machine instead of instant coffee. The cheese didn't look fresh. The AC needed time to work perfectly, but maybe due to the hot weather and that the room façade which was glazed. No AC in the lobby/corridors. I would rate this property 8/10 although the breakfast was bad, but I usually prefer to experience the town's breakfast locations.

Breakfast is 8 to 10 which is bit too early for someone on holiday. No laundry option

The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff are warm and welcoming.

Despite our preference for a quiet room, our room was on the main street, so despite the windows fully shut the noise was still there. There was also v little flexibility on late check out given they were full. Plus breakfast whilst included didn't have much variety nor a turkish flare to it i.e. no smit or turkish coffee.

This hotel is well placed for everything Fethiye has to offer, there are loads of kebab and pizza places close by along with bars and restaurants so something for everyone. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are all lovely. I can definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to explore everything Fethiye has to offer.

Location is great, breakfast is great, staff are great, everything is great! Thank you so much! It is one of the hotels i stayed that everthing is awesome! Just 2 mins to island tour ships. In your street yo can find everything, dont need to go anywhere else, except for beaches :)

A.C did work properly and in summer, rooms are very warm. It is near to a mosque and everyday at 05:00 a.m (time depindes on season) Azan sound would be heart in the room and it may wake you up.

customer service : the most unprofessional staff ever …. they barely say hi … neither friendly or helpful… very inappropriate… the guy from the reception told me that the hotel was full until I showed him my reservation… If I was their boss I would ask way more discipline from my staff breakfast : literally awful , service was also very unprofessional noise … we can hear everything from the street

We had a good stay at City Life Demir Hotel. We appreciated a lot that we were allowed check-in earlier since our room was already available when we arrived. The room has everything you need, the air-con worked well and drinking water was provided in the fridge. The staff was very friendly, some of them speak only a little english, but still everything worked out. The hotel is nicely located near the harbour, and you can reach the fish market and the tuesday market in about 5 min walking distance. The bus (dolmus) to Ölüdeniz is also reached in ~3 min, as well as the bus to e.g. Samanlik beach.

Our room was located right above a bar with music. We didn't mind this as we sleep well everywhere, however, I could imagine that some people might have difficulties falling asleep. Furthermore, it would be great to include some juices and turkish coffee in the standard breakfast.

Breakfast was the standard as expected but there was many choices and a very good range over all for every one

No complaints all was good will go back there again
