Really nice rooms and facilities at a reasonable price. It's right in front of the MarinTurk Marina and next to the boatyard - I stayed for access to both, so it was perfect for that. Has a pretty nice gym and outdoor exercise area. Really excellent quality for the price per night.

I believe they would normally have a few different restaurants on site, but were doing renovations/work I assume before opening for the high season. Probably much busier during the high season.

The buffet food was fantastic if you're veggie/pescatarian (and lots of options if you eat meat). The sea bass cooked on the grill was delicious at dinner. So many options!! Omelettes at breakfast were great (didn't catch her name, but the lady making them was so smiley and friendly). We only did the included meals, so can't comment on other restaurants. The beach was such a treat and not so busy as you had to get the little boat over. We loved that there was a cold salt water pool for lengths and a heated pool too at the hotel. Gym was great with plenty of classes on offer. Our stay was in April, so variable weather, but we were blown away by everything, particularly the majority of staff. You did have to remind you'd ordered drinks sometimes, but other than that it was amazing service. We did get a pavilion (cabana) one day. We weren't informed it was extra, so a bit of a shock when the (large) bill arrived, but, you get what you pay for. It was a great experience and Erol, the waiter there was fantastic. The room was beautiful, cleaning efficient and well done. Really nothing of note to complain about!! We did however get a fantastic deal on price, so I can't comment in peak season if it would be amazing value for money.

The cocktails weren't great, which was such a shame, as it seemed to be good quality alcohol, just perhaps a lack of understanding on how to make them. Plastic straws :( As a travel sustainable property it would be great to offer an eco solution. LOVED that there were juice options at breakfast, but such a shame they pretty much all included grapefruit as they would have been much nicer without!!)

Location is fantastic, food at the main restaurant is great, guest services is very good at addressing issues. Cabanas and the Secret Beach are great. Shisha service is very good. Hotel transfer is great.

The whatsapp concierge service does not really work well and drops the ball on many issues. Service overall is inconsistent: sometimes great, sometimes not, depending on specific staff member. Room is comfy and spacious, but the design is dated. Overall, the experience is not up to par with some of the competing Ultra All Inclusive hotels.

We loved our stay here. The rooms are lovely and the food all absolutely delicious - especially the breakfast, and the Grill restaurant which was well worth the small extra charge. The pool area is really nice, and we loved the secret beach and the bar here - the fact it was a short boat ride away made it feel like a day out! The staff are all so friendly, and you get so much for your money - we were surprised to see premium spirits, wine, champagne, cocktails etc all included! The boat trip too was a lovely touch, and a great day with lots of drinks available and the chance to swim in the sea. We also loved that the hotel is just a short walk away from a really pretty town, so if you fancy getting out for a stroll you can do. If you’re after a relaxing week but still with plenty to do, this is a perfect hotel.

The people who are working there are very kind. Always welcome you with a big smile. The location is amazing. The food choices are very good. The chefs are very helpful with your needs according to your preferences. Really nice Starbucks corner :) The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The live music every night was very loud. Even you want to stay in your room, it was still possible to hear with the windows closed. Also the music on the secret beach was very very loud and sorry but felt like we were in a festival or a club. It was so hard to chill or read a book.

This resort and hotel totally exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Even though it was early in the season the majority of facilities were available. They had a full schedule of different fitness every day from Yoga to hit classes! The food in the restaurants was outstanding and I would say that the food was certainly way above 5 star. They had a private shuttle boat that you could take every day to a private beach that run every 15 minutes or so. The pool area was fantastic, the rooms were cleaned every day, they had complimentary mini bars that were also topped up every day and the staff were so helpful and polite.

In all honesty, it would have been good if there were a couple more restaurants open, that said it was early season and they were just getting ready. The entertainment was on a little late, it didn't start until gone 8.30pm every night and by that time we were ready for bed because the place was so relaxing.

I absolutely loved the surroundings - the views were impeccable! The staff were on hand at all times and provided top tier service across all the different facilities available. This was important to me as I travelled solo and every member I came across - from the cleaners to the waiting staff to the manager - took care of me so well. I must mention that I'd informed the hotel that I am a vegan and they made sure all restaurants catered, including the reservation made at the Japanese restaurant. I didn't feel I'd missed out at all. The same service and welcome was experienced even on the private beach and the sporting sessions organised by the hotel gym staff - it was a great way to get the day going! The staff here made the stay very enjoyable and hassle-free. I'd highly recommend staying here for a nice little getaway and I'll definitely be going back! Thank you Rixos Gocek. 😊

We have had the most amazing holiday yet again here at Rixos gochek. The hotel has been updated since our last visit and for the better ! if at all possible. On a positive and very positive note, things that stood out for us this holiday were all the staff around every aspect of the hotel could not do enough for you. Super friendly! The secret beach is an absolute delight, along with the new addition of the Azur restaurant .. the DJ was absolutely brilliant. He could be utilised so much around the main pool which is too quiet and certainly start earlier over the secret beach. He was absolutely excellent. The team at the gym and the selection of activities are brilliant. Again I wouldn’t charge for the bikes to allow people the freedom to take them for an hour or so to break up the day. We loved doing yoga and Pilates every morning, along with the Aqua cycle, very funny. The main buffet along with its staff continues to be absolutely first class! This hotel remains to be very popular with guests, but there is always competition, and I think just a few changes would easily avoid some of the conversations that were frequently being held by ot

The Hotel has changed over the last few years and for the better. The introduction of the new restaurants is lovely however we do not believe they should be chargeable. Like With other hotels, we would suggest that guests to have an opportunity to dine at each restaurant one night per week. As they often seemed empty, unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the grill restaurant because of the weather 😞 We found the entertainment, a little bit repetitive 😕 and is on too late. We would suggest a 9 o’clock start or some really nice background music as opposed to the TV. Also the constant sound testing while you’re trying to relax round the pool or in your rooms is a little bit annoying! 😳 Some parts of the room need a little tlc. Fixtures etc

Its really our pleasure to commend Gocek Rixos, the resort is beautifu,l the food in all the outeltsoutlets is delicious, the Secret Beach is lovely and relaxing, the staff everywhere is very attentive , courteous and welcoming. Chapeaux bas.
