The hotel with long history. We have got the upgrade - big room with sea view. The room was nice and big but a bit tired. It’s really pity that it’s allowed to smoke in the room coz it smells. We have ordered breakfast and dinner but as it was a low season the menu was ala carte. We liked it. I believe in summer is it a nice place to stay

Internet was a big trouble. We tried to fix it 3 times but failed. Indoor swimming pool was a bit cold.

The pools are just beautiful they are not heated so expect them to be a little nippy. The staff are fantastic, they work so hard and go out of their way to make sure you have the best time. The location is superb right on the beach , small shop under the hotel and Icmeler bars/restaurants 5 mins walk. Food is very samey breakfast don't be expecting full English as this is not catered for instead lots of fruit, bread which was delicious, lovely eggs and omelette. Lunch and dinner very similar with a huge salad bar and chicken lots of chicken lol Beds are extremely comfortable and the pillows were too. Rooms are varied we enjoyed ours.

Hotel is a little tired in places could do with a touch up. Air con needs upgrading

After reading some negative reviews I was a little nervous however once arrived at the hotel everything soon changed … as a first timer at this hotel I would defo recommend it to my friends and family. The hotel is clean, rooms are big and well equipped. The location of the hotel is just beautiful the hotel grounds are a major selling factor. Private beach at the back of the hotel. Security entrance so feel safe. Spa was good Turkish bath was amazing. Use of spa facilities too the hot tub, steam room, sauna and indoor pool. Reception staff were vey nice and helpful too. Always on hand to answer any questions. The bar/dinner staff too very efficient. Serving us with water and drinks at meal times. Quick service. The pool area was not so bee crowded, plenty of sun beds. A bus from right outside the hotel goes to Marmaris.

It was a great stay overall. When we have checked in at night time they have given us room which had many defaults like : shower temperature which was changing from hot to cold every second, phone wasn’t working, sink was stuck so I went to reception and asked them to change the room as it was very uncomfortable for us. Reception stuff in the morning did brilliant job and special thanks to Mr. Ahmet I believe he is manager there and also guest relations Kulyash who helped us. They have upgraded us to 2 bedrooms which was much more better and we have enjoyed a lot our stay. You hotel stuff did brilliant job and without them our stay won’t be so good, also big thanks to Mr Mehmet at beach area who was very kind and taking care of us. Nurlybek from Mexican restaurant as well was very attentive to our concerns. From the main restaurant where we had breakfast,lunch dinner all the stuff were so helpful and nice. We have done also SPA and it was amazing. I forgot all of their names however they are from Bali and they were so professional and they know what they are doing. Great job !

Housekeeping. They didn’t clean our rooms some days and also we also were short of towels and toilet papers so we had to always ask for it

My stay at this hotel was fantastic, thanks largely to the incredible manager, Julide. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel like a VIP. Her warm welcome and genuine care for every guest made all the difference. Julide’s attention to detail is impeccable—nothing was too much trouble for her, and she always went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect. It’s clear Julide leads her team with passion and dedication, and her personal touch is felt throughout the hotel. Because of her, my stay was unforgettable. I can’t wait to return!

The resort is beautiful, well managed and clean. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection to suit everyone The beds are super comfy. Sea View is stunning and well worth the extra cost. We had never been to an inclusive before but i am so glad we did, the food was amazing. Lovely and quiet the first few days and then the hotel got busier and it still didn't feel overcrowded.

The Mexican restaurant isn't open this time of year, which was a shame as we were looking forward to tacos. Turkish wine is normally lovely, but the house wine wasn't great. The beach needs attention, more like gravel than sand but that could again be because it isn't high season?

The food was great. The pool was large and the beach was vey clean. The staff was all very nice and wellcoming

Had trouble sleeping because of the bed. The room service will not clean unleass you request it

The restaurant not clean at all, flies every where dirty chairs and old tables, the food not very good The hotel need to invest more in the restaurant facilities coz it waste of money for the all inclusive

Everything was so perfect they made my stay. Hotel is clean, has many things to do and food is amazing. And see view rooms are amazing to consider.

Nothing at all. Except minor comment to have the AC close to the bed not in living area.
