The room was modern, clean and everything was in working order. Also liked how helpful and friendly the staff was. I'm very particular about hotel room bathrooms and this one was very good and clean, with a shower that had enough space, no heating issues and no leakage after taking a shower.

The room was a bit cold since we visited during the winter, and the AC heating was not able to keep up, but it was not that bad. One other thing, and it's out of the hotel's hands, was the noise at night caused by music booming out of nearby clubs and cars passing with full blast music. Yet, this is understandable due to the hotel's prime location a few steps away from İstiklal street.

I had an amazing stay at the 21 Rooms Hotel in Istanbul! The hotel is incredibly clean, and the rooms are both elegant and comfortable. Its location in the heart of Taksim, right on Istiklal Street, was perfect and saved us so much time exploring the city's attractions. Being close to restaurants, shopping spots, and metro stations made everything so convenient. The breakfast was extraordinary, offering a great start to each day. I must also highlight the wonderful staff who made our stay truly special. They were always smiling, ready to give advice, and eager to help. I want to give a special thanks to Asya, Selen, and Burak for their warm welcome and exceptional hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul

We stayed for 1 night and the hotel provided us with everything we needed. It looks like it is a new hotel/has been refurbished recently so the facilities were very good. The room is not very big but has a big wardrobe that helps. The hotel and room were clean, breakfast was decent and the staff friendly.

Slightly noisy due to the location. We are not light sleepers so didn't have an issue but be mindful that you can hear noise from the bars outside.

The hotel neighborhood is noisy at night due to night clubs and cafes around. but that was expected as it is in the heart of Istiqlal street, very crowded area. The room was a little bit small, but with excellent furniture.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Brand new (opened less than a year), everything feels fresh and modern. My room was spotless, and the housekeeping service kept it that way throughout my stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. One thing I really loved was the personalized breakfast service. Instead of a buffet, they bring a delicious tray directly to your table in the lobby, with a choice of eggs (omelette or sunny-side up). This was perfect for those late mornings after exploring the city, and they serve it all the way until 11 am!

The room, while perfectly clean thanks to the housekeeping staff, was a bit on the compact side with no desk or a small sitting area. This wasn't a dealbreaker for me, but it's worth noting for those who prefer a more spacious room.

The location is really good in Taksim Street. The staff are very friendly and too helpful. The room is clean with a very comfortable bed. At night it can be a bit noisy because of the bar next to the hotel but I didn't mind it. There are many small coldstores and restaurants around it. All in all, the hotel is recommended for solo travellers with a small budget.

The breakfast was good, but it's the same every day... a delicious, turkish breakfast. The size of the room is much smaller than in the photos,so if you have bigger luggage, you will find it annoying to place it in the room.

while our stay was overall pleasant, there were a few drawbacks. The bar outside was very loud, especially on the weekends, making it hard to sleep. The elevator was too small, making it difficult to carry luggage or a stroller. Additionally, the breakfast had the same limited options every day. I recommend to arrange the taxi your self to the airport via booking.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The cleanliness was impeccable. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Taksim, making it easy to explore the best of the city. The rooms are spacious, almost like a studio, providing plenty of comfort and space to relax. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself feels brand new, with modern amenities and a sleek design. Considering the quality and service, it’s definitely great value for money. Highly recommend!

One suggestion for improvement would be adjusting the breakfast hours. As I had an early flight, I was unable to enjoy breakfast at the hotel, and a breakfast box would be a nice touch for the early birds.

Exceptional staff. My baggage got lost by the airline and the 24/7 front desk staff members helped me to make calls and check its status. I don’t eat breakfast (just coffee in the morning), but it did look delicious. Location is just a few steps from the busy shopping street with endless restaurants, bars, and cafes. 8 minute walk to Taksim metro.

As others have noted, it is noisy at night. I actually didn’t mind this as I found the noise to be relaxing after a long day of walking/eating. My biggest suggestion would be to improve the WiFi on the second floor. Both WiFi options did not work well for me (on any of my devices) and I had to mostly rely on using data instead of WiFi. If you work remotely, WiFi could be an issue.

Ms Asya (Front Desk), Ms Selen (Front Desk), Mr Burak (Front Desk) & Mr Umut (Duty Manager / Boss) - are key people who go above and beyond to elevate your stay. They are always there to help you at the time of need. They treat you like their own family and at the same time they are professional and love what they do. Its a brand new property, well maintained, situated at prime location, friendly and helpful people. Roughly 50 mins from the airport. If you want comfort and spacious rooms, I recommend to please go for superior or deluxe rooms.Please check the room size or dimensions before booking (very important !). Street noise coming from nearby pubs (typically 2300hrs - 0300hrs max) is not a deal breaker at all. This place and area has a wonderful vibe, but all I ask you is go with an open mind, enjoy and make every moment count ! This area has easy access to places via taxi (yellow taxi & uber), trams and metro. Taxis are expensive and despite the language barrier, people are warm, welcoming and helpful. I recommend using google translator app and use bus, metro or trams over taxi. Will definitely recommend people to please come here and stay !!!
