The location in the city is very good, the rooms were simple, but clean and the furniture looked nice. Considering the proximity to Taksim square, the mosque, bars, shops and nightlife it was relatively calm at night (though not silent). The staff was very friendly, though not everybody spoke English very well.

Our room was located in the basement, providing almost no daylight. The artificial light concept was good, though, and visiting a conference we did not really miss the daylight.

One night next door guests came late like at 2 or 3 AM and wouldnt stop talking so loudly just by our bedroom door disturbing our rest Next day possibly hotel staff again early in the morning wouldnt stop move the beds or banging walls or the like disturbing our rest Guessing that management didnot warn these people to keep it quite and avoid disturbing as other guests

The staff was super nice, the bedroom is clean and quiet as I was turned to the backyard, comfy bed. The Hotel is well located, within 2mins from Taksim square and Istiklal street, plenty of options to eat out and shopping in the latter. One other detail in terms of location, within Istanbul you want to be close to the places you are visiting, you can be in a 4-5 star hotel 10km or more from the city center, that means an hour each way commuting by taxi, thus this location avoids the commuting time and the taxi complications, this Hotel allows you to visit both Galata and old city at a walking distance, and if you need a taxi, its likely a 15-20min commuting only.

the property was so clean and close to taksim square. It was comfortable, felt like home. The street felt safe and quiet. staff was available 24/7.

check out time is at 12:00 which is good however our ride to the airport was at 4:30 and the reception would not let us keep our luggage at the hotel because he stated that there is no process for luggage storage in the hotel. We asked if we could keep them anywhere in the hotel for a fee and he said he would have to charge us for a full day of 100$ due to the holiday when we booked for around 80$ a night. luckily we were able to find a hotel next door that allowed us to keep our luggage for free which saved the day.

I really appreciate all staff especially the hotel manager Alex he's a professional and knowledgeable about all city activities and sightseeing areas that you need to know.rooms are so clean and tidy. The best thing about the hotel is location which is 1 minutes walking distance to Taksim square and near to metro,bus station. I highly recommend to stay if you looking for a boutique hotel.

I enjoyed my two days at this hotel. The location is great. Despite being close to Taksim Square and a 10 min walk from the shuttle bus to Istanbul airport, the street wasn't loud and overcrowded as it was with other places I came across. The staff, especially Elchin was quite friendly and professional.

Even though I didn't really use the air conditioner as the weather was nice, it seemed to be slightly loud for such a quiet room. Might need yearly maintenance.

It's a very beautiful small hotel just 5 min from Taksim. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is cozy and comfortable, all the furniture is new, the bed looks fantastic and I slept well. 100% clean. I was glad to be back in my air-conditioned room after the wild heat outside.

Would be nice to add some breakfast options even though the homemade cake was very tasty

My wife, friends, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amofta Hotel. The welcoming staff, exemplified by the charming Alex at the reception, made our experience memorable. The hotel's cleanliness, excellent WiFi, and prime location further enhanced our visit. A definite recommendation!

amazing location. 10 mins walk to airport shuttle drop off point. 5 mins walk to bus / metro station. room was small yet cozy and clean. no weird smell or anything. perfect. friendly staff. offered coffee and umbrella when I went out in the morning.

outside the window was fire escape staircases cause room was on the -2 floor. can‘t keep luggage after checkout time.
