The staff was very friendly and implemented inquiries and requests. the room was clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is good, you can get everywhere quickly. if i will travel to istanbul again i will stay in this hotel again.

The villa had excellent amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The place was spacious and breathtaking, surpassing its appearance in photos. Due to a long layover, I decided to stay at the villa between my flights. Despite arriving very early, the owners kindly allowed me to enter and settle in. Both the owner and his father were incredibly friendly and responsive, offering assistance with anything I needed. They even prepared dinner for me, helped with my luggage, and arranged a taxi for my next flight. My stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. When I visit Istanbul again, I will definitely choose to stay at this place!

Staff is really helpful. We asked for water on arrival and the receptionist sent a guy to buy fresh water for us with their money. Really amazing experience. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Room was a little smaller but that was just for the basic price.

Actually I like everything: location is perfect, close to everything but still you can take a rest quietly. Room is very clean and modern, staff is also helpful and friendly.

I think you should improve on the breakfast provision. Breakfast is on 8-10, but on 9 there's nothing, even no hot water for tea. There was also problem that they didn't have the room I booked while they didn't tell me before I came. At the end I stayed there, but it is not comfortable when you know you don't have room in late night and have to think what's next. Improve your booking system please.

I was very happy staying at this hotel. It was clean Friendly staff Free parking(if you travel by car in Istanbul a free parking lot is a bless) 3 min to tram or metro station 25 min walk to grand bazar Breakfast is basic(don't expect too much) We had a nice view to the sea from 8th floor

They did not change the sheets while we stayed there(maybe we should have asked) The doors are very thin, you can hear people even when they walk through the hallway. It was a little unpleasant but it only happened once or twice. For the most part of the stay it was quiet

We are very grateful to Avrasya port for being kind and responsive for all our requests. They agreed to change our room for a better one for a very fair price! Helped us with calling taxis and other little stuffs around the city, that we had questions about. A big advantage is that coffee, tea and water are available any time in the kitchen 👍 Hotel is very good for this price, no any difference with luxury much more expensive hotels. Rooms are beautiful and clean. We had a real pleasure to stay with you guys 🥰

Breakfast could be to a later time 😬 It's till 10:30, but at around 10 they already start to clean everything. So, for those who are not early birds - breakfast is not available)) We could make it only few times, just cause of timing. But it's not that big deal. Staying was really good

their breakfast sucks. one time there was an insect in the milk jug. breakfast is between 8:30 and 10:30 we got there at 9:30 and it was finished and we ended up eating at a restaurant. elevator is so small three people could hardly fit in there. as for luggage. we had to take one by one

staff was helpful, let me check-in early when the room was ready. the room is clean and reasonable price. the location is very close to Metro station.

there was the air-conditioning or something quite noisy when it's working but it's fine because I stayed in the a very small single room and that machine was right next to the bed.

Great place. Good size rooms. Well located, just mins walk from all major attractions around including both metro and tram. Breakfast was great for the price. Hot water was available throughout.

The bathrooms were a bit tiny, but it worked well.
