This Istanbul hotel impressed with its cleanliness and welcoming staff, and its location on Istiklal Avenue made exploring the city a breeze. The reliable Wi-Fi was certainly a plus. If you're in town for a lively party atmosphere, this might not be a concern, but it's something to keep in mind for a more restful stay.

The location is perfect, in the centre of Taksim There is a lift in the hotel Staff is nice, speaks English Breakfast is really good, start at 8-30 There is an electric kettle in the room Design of rooms is interesting, we changed 3-4 rooms, so probably see all of them) Good internet Air conditioner works good

Every thing actually starting from its perfect location in beautiful surrounding atmosphere , well occupied comfort room , most friendly and helpful receptionist especially Aly they upgraded my room without asking them I really enjoyed my stay there and the next visit to Istanbul I will definitely stay there ,Thank you Aysa hotel staff for making my trip to Istanbul perfect keep it up 👍🏻 .

Excellent location walking distance from airport havabus and in the heart of animated area. You will find a bit difficult to sleep though because of night clubs near the hotel but it wasn’t an issue. Staff was very friendly, my flight was cancelled and they kept the room for us till the second day. Beds are very comfortable and the room was very clean.

The breakfast can be a little bit improved but can’t complain for the price so still a good value for money.

The rooms were clean and spacious enough. The host had excellent customer service skills and was very helpful. The wifi was excellent for calls. Sound proofing from noises external to the building was very good. They also have a lift. They have air conditioning/heater, hot and cold shower, and the host offered honest knowledge of good places to go. The place was within 5-10 minute walk to a shopping district and even pharmacies. Taxis were also parked just nearby.

it was disappointing to learn that some guests paid less for similar rooms with a complimentary breakfast, despite reporting the issue at reception. This pricing inconsistency was a minor downside to an otherwise pleasant stay.

it was really amazing. the room is so cozy and the location is very close to everything. no chance to get lost in the streets of Taksim: very easy to identify. the balcony view wasnt great, but who cares? you need to breathe fresh air and listen to the sounds coming from the streets. Once you close the door, you literally cannot hear anything except your breath :D

Property is a corner away from Estiklal street and not on the very steepy side of the road, which is good. Close to shopping area, good food locations and pubs. Accessible to trams and metro station since its just 5 mins walk to Taxim Square. Breakfast is just right.

Pretty basic and staircase is steep but good they have elevators to upper floors. Less likely to accommodate early check in.

Staff was kind and friendly, 2 minutes walk away from shopping street. 5 minutes walk away from taxi station. Good for foreigners.

Needs drawer and bed side wall lightning. Roof hanging one was too bright for coziness. Elevator was too small for people who have a lot luggage and even located on 2nd floor. You have to carry your luggage to 2nd floor by stairs to get into elevator.
