poor wifi connection in the room and few power plugs near the desk

I keep staying here since years because of the hotel's very convenient location to metro, the Istanbul banking district and even to the airport, who is just a 30 minutes ride by taxi away. This time I particularly liked how the hotel management had used the time to work on past shortcomings. The lobby is now shining bright and makes an inviting impression. Some furniture was replaced by modern pieces and the bar is working in evening hours....and most important: the friendly and helpful staff is still around. I liked it a lot and I will certainly return to Bilek, whenever my path will take me to Istanbul again.

The hotel was great. The staff and the manager Mustafa went out of their way to open the gym for us before official working hours. The food selection for breakfast was great, and there is a plethora of restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel is 200m away from a metro station that tskes you directly to Taksim square and the bazaar. Highly recomended.

Central very good Location, walking distance from metro station, staff very helpful and responsive use the pool and the Turkish path it’s really good and relaxing .. free of charge.. Sahra thank you very much you are one of the best performing reception staff, you are a five star ⭐️ I will for sure be back again in my next stay ,,

I think the hotel can do better for breakfast variety

The rooms and bathroom were very large, there was 24/7 room service, the staff were nice, I would go back there again

There were homeless dogs close by and I don’t know why the city would not care for them. It was really sad

Staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous, I’d like to nominate the front office manager Mr Turhan Ural, Mr Belboy Hasan and Mr Sahra Tarkan. Also liked the rooms decorations and perfumers in the hotel

No proper coffee in the restaurant, only the Nesspresso type.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. One day, the housekeeping forgot to put bath towels in the room and also leave 2 carton cups for coffee, but I found a room attendant in the morning and she gave me 2 bath towels. Unfortunately also the taxi is a problem in Istanbul. The taxi to the airport on Monday omitted to put on the meter! It's little things which could be improved. The Staff at the reservation desk are helpful.

I am a frequent travel to Istanbul, usually I stay in Fatih or Taqsim Area, I have tried Bilek in 4 Levent for the first time, I think it was an excellent option comparing to Fatih or Taqsim, the rooms are much larger, the area is quiet calm at night, even you feel the atmosphere is less polluted, its near metro station line M2 where you can reach reach the city center in 30min, near to Maslek area, there is two big mull within one stop of metro ( Levent station).

unfortunately there was a construction running inside the hotel, due to some regulation from Tourism department as it has mention by the reception. the breakfest in Ramadan ( sohour) was with limited option but sufficient enough

Nice place, flexible to meet the guests requirements. If the Jim starts to work early, 05:30 or they manage to have kind of controlled access, I think they will get more guests. In the area around there are many good places for lunch, diner and shopping as well.

This is th third time I book at Bilek. There aren't many hotel choices in that area. You got the Sheraton and the Hilton at much higher prices than Bilek and that's about it. Bilek is a no-frill affordable option that's plenty sufficient when you spend the day working and only come back at night for sleep. Staff is professional and eager to please. Also the area is full of restaurants so you don't to look for long to get dinner. Bilek also has its own restaurant of course.

The hotel is ageing. Some rooms called "superior rooms" have been renovated but standard rooms need refreshing. However, all are very clean. My main complaint would be the gym. The selection of free weights and mechanical machines is acceptable but systems depending on power outlets such as stationary bikes and the treadmill do not work.
