Amazing staff, I had a medical situation during my stay and the staff gave all the help possible. I wish to thank everyone of them. The room is very spacious and clean, very comfortable bed, free water, coffee and tea restocked everyday. Breakfast is delicious, I also ordered dinner to the room and it was very delicious and not expensive at all.

While the internet is fine, it's not reliable, it disconnects often and it gets very slow sometimes. It's fine if you're just going around the internet, but you won't like it if you had to do some work for example.

Room was clean and well managed. The service cleaned the room every day. The location is far from the center but in a quiet place and not far from the transport interchange. The staff is responsive and friendly.

Only few inconvenience, water in the taps is coming by "pushes" like problem with the pumps. All sounds from neighboring rooms can be heard clearly. And the quality of the breakfast is very poor for the price.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel where the friendly and helpful staff made me feel comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with a free of charge upgrade to a superior room, which was spacious and beautifully designed. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and inviting atmosphere!

The only thing missing is that the hotel rooms don't have any balcony, but windows are big and can open.

It is a nice hotel not too far from the airport, staff very pleasant and helpful especially Rania who speaks Arabic, English and Turkish, she was amazingly great. There are few shops and restaurants nearby.

We stayed at the Business Life Boutique Hotel for two nights. I switched from another hotel to this hotel because Hotel G-Han in Kadiköy gave us a small and unventilated room. At Business Life Boutique Hotel, the staff was also very friendly, nice and the atmosphere is very pleasant. We liked the breakfast buffet very much. Everything was great, we got a large business room at no extra charge. The location is central, and you can walk to great shops in 10 minutes. Next time, if I visit Istanbul, I will book this hotel again.

If you are in Istanbul, book this hotel. The location is very quiet. You can't do anything wrong. I had a very good experience. The price-quality ratio was excellent.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The ATM beside the hotel was out of order and a manager kindly gave me a loan to pay for my taxi to work as I didn't have the cash. Everything considered, by far the best value I could find. The rooms and bathrooms were like that of a hotel with more stars. Immaculate, large and cozy. Great breakfast too!

There were zero downsides.

Good area of istanbul but commuting to and away from hotel because of downhills and uphills was nightmare. I was in holiday and everutime i was going out with family i had to call taxi to take or bring us back just because of hills from not far mecidiyekoy bridge.

Booked for a 1-night stay between flights. Reasonably easy to get from the airport by metro (one line change), but not close to historical or touristic attractions. Big advantage of this place is that it is located on a quiet street - my room had no outside noise at all (the opposite side of the hotel faces a construction works, though, so make sure you book the quiet side).

The room was particularly big. The staff was so kind and prompt to help you at any time. The Hotel is a bit far from the city center but I have to say that the metro station is close enough to the Hotel. For me, the position was okay since I had a Congress in that part of the city.

The room was clean but can always be improved.

The staff is really nice and smile i can’t say anything bad for them only thanks for everything! Location also is not bad and room was really really big probably one of the biggest which i ever seen in Turkey

I have some small and in the same time not that small remarks that you can change to be your hotel on top level. Fisrt Wi-fi connection can be much much better, Smell from toilet sometimes was awful.., Noise that yours housekeepers make every single morning starting from 6AM is ridicilous.
