Facilities were good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Everyone is not able to talk English but there is always one of them who is able to talk in English.

The location was kind of scary. The hotel is very very close to Taksim square, however, in that part of city are many thief and criminals and you should grab your phone and bags very tightly with highest concentration, because someone can steal your phone (which happened in our case).

Service needs to be better. For example, they did not provide iron even after requesting one. Breakfast is the is the same every day.. there is no car parking.

Location of the hotel is amazing! In Taksim Square, which is the dope spot and center of the city, we walked 1 minute to Istiklal Street, that was an incredible experience. Public transportation such as metro and buses are right next to it. We had a nice holiday with design of the lobby, cartoon characters for children, interest and attention of staff and spaciousness of our room.

The receptionist was very friendly, respectful and professional. I was given a bigger room for the same price and the view was beautiful. The place is clean and comfortable and the location is lively and excellent.

Really good time. Service was the best, from the cleaners, to the receptionists. Always wanting to clean the room everyday with effort. Receptionists were the most friendly people we had met, especially Mr Ismail. He helped us and was a very nice man. Would like to return if I could.

We had a large and spacious room. It was obvious from the condition of our room and wonderful smell that they care about cleanliness. Upon arrival we were greeted with a smiling face and given detailed information about the city. High quality service that comes with a great location.

the hotel was very good for the price the only issue is outside the door there is night club and full of dirty people which is not ideal for family with children, i had problem with smoking couldn't sleep one night next room was smoking

everything was good. hotel manager is very kind and nice. he recommended us some nice places to eat and explained us how to use public transportation to reach to places we wanted to see in our short time. specially thanks to team for making our stay comfortable
