New. Clean. Young and polite staff. Adequate English (not very common in Istanbul). I even asked to have some beer on arrival (not available in the room, the hotel doesn't have a bar) and within 10 minutes someone brought it to me with the store check! The bed matress was excellent - I have lower back problems and it is very important detail to me. I had to leave unexpectedly a day early and I got a full refund for the two rooms I had booked. Thank you guys!

The location, I would call it a "bird's nest" is on a steep hill overlooking Ortakoy. It was extremly difficult to get up there on my car - a Mercedes estate. The GPS navigation instructions were not accuarte and a tad late. The streets are very narrow, some of them have up to 20 degrees incline! So, do not book this hotel if you plan to go by car to Istanbul. The good thing was that the climb and descend to the Bosphorus provided a nice excercise! 🤪

Our room and view were amazing. Hosting was friendly, but the location was top of the hill, no supermarket near the hotel, and if you didn't use the Uber, taxies charged you more than expected. for breakfast, had to choose to room or terrace and everyone's day was the same plate. It looks like apartments in comparison with the istanbul hotel. There was perfect for us

The location is perfect, not easy to reach. The view from the last 2 floors is stunning. Very close to the nice area for shopping and port Ortakyoy, where you can reach by boat each point of historical Istanbul. Because of the misunderstanding they upgrade us with the best room with jacuzzi at the terrace.

It was offered with breakfast and parking. There was no breakfast included, no parking. Luckily we found a parking space near to the hotel. Unfortunately the people were difficult to communicate in English.

Staff are friendly , room is clean , terrace is great view , five star accommodation , furniture is new

Location is difficult for family or old people

I came Istanbul for business. It’s my first time in Istanbul. As a foreigner it’s hard to solve problems in completly new country for me but thanks god receptionist Emre helped me thourough every problems i had. I enjoyed the Istanbul and did my business without any problem bc of them. Also room was very clean and it was the same room in the pictures. View from terrace was amazing. What can i say this hotel was 10/10. I’ll come to this hotel next time and i will not be a foreigner this time because i know staff will help me.

The location is very hilly and if you are renting a car especially manual be ready for some top driving often on one way hilly streets (grade 15% anyone?) There is a one path to the hotel that with decently mild inclines, but you have to know it and it is the longest one so google won’t pick it. The way to find it is to go to the river/Bosporus, which is under the bridge (that’s where all the food and clubs and stores and everything is, then google will give you the path. Use the same way to leave the hotel (it is a bit different at the end due to one way streets) Basically get to this place first: Ortaköy, Oktener & Oktener, Aydınlık Sk. No:2, 34347 Beşiktaş/İstanbul, Turkey Then the route to the hotel is the easiest. Other than that everything was great!

We visited the hotel many times because it is a nice place .Very comfortable and in a good location! All the staff are incredible!.We arrived at two o'clock night and they arranged everything immediately.Help us with baggage and the car . Fantastic place !I strongly recommend it!

Awesome view from the small terrace on the roof. Nice helpful staff, good air-conditioner that keep working even when you leave the room. They helped us find affordable taxi to the airport. The area is nice and quiet, even though it's close to the highway.

Very steep hill to hike to get there. Roof terrace didn't have lights or umbrellas from the sun. So it was really hot to be there in daytime and too dark in the night. Bathroom didn't seem to have good ventilation, had a little bit of smell.

Fantastic quaint little hotel with a family staff who were super helpful and inviting. Really enjoyed my time there. The terrace has some of the best views of Bosphorus sea and you'll want to have your breakfast there. Everything was absolutely perfect and I will for sure be staying there again. They even helped me out with parking on the steep, cobbled streets.
