The hotel location is perfect, right next to the metro station, ATMs, and cafes. It's a few minutes walk from the Galata tower which leads up to Taksim street. It's a much nicer neighborhood than Taksim; way quieter but a lively area and it felt much safer. There are many restaurants and shops that are within walking distance from the hotel that leads to the Galata which was great. there's also a bus stop next to it which is convenient for using the bus or taxi stop. They upgraded us to a bigger room with a sea view which was very nice of them. Highly recommend this hote.

The only downside is the noise. you can hear people in the hallway and the car horn outside. However, it's not so bad that you will not be able to sleep.

Magnificent hotel with panoramic sea view. I booked a sea view room with a very good rate. The room was well decorated with large isolated window facing main road and the view of the sea. The breakfast was wonderful with a variety to choose from. If you know the walk walks you can reach taksim market place with 300 meters. And the best thing is the metro station is 100 meters away for m2 which the most important line in istanbul. 

The only small drawback is that sometimes you can hear the neighbor room.

The location is ideal and property as well

Breakfast was same every day which annoying, as it’s rated 4 star it suppose to have have different flavours

We received a free upgrade to balcony suites and the view of the city from the balcony was breathtaking. Nur at the front desk was a wealth of information on how to get around and was always so friendly and pleasant. Gul cleaned our rooms and even packed our shopping neatly and folded clothes left out away. Then Sila at the breakfast always friendly helped start each day on a high. The hotel's location is a 5 minute walk to Galatea tower and Lots of restaurants. The metro is 2 minutes away and bus stop right outside the hotel.

There were a few items that ran out at breakfast before the breakfast sitting was complete that was replenished. I feel that for those having breakfast from lets say 10am you have to kind of make do with whatever’s left. The fruit selection is just sliced apples and oranges. A bit more of a selection of fruit would be better.

The breakfast was so bad and this was the most bold weakness of the hotel.

The location is very central and the staff was amazing, they even assisted with organizing our tours and nothing is too much for them.

The staff was very friendly, supportive and very responsive. The hotel location is great, very close to a bus station, metro station, less than 5-minute walk to Galata tower and less than 10-minute walk to Istiklal street. Room view was wonderful and the rooms were clean. Definitely would be booking in this hotel again next time when visiting Istanbul.

Occasionally, water dripped from the ceiling (just a small portion beside the bed). The ceiling needs some maintenance.

Perfect location. Every major attraction was easily reachable from the hotel. If not, few minutes away with taxi Great price. Excellent cleaning. Amazing and friendly staff. Understanding and ready to help anytime. We mostly interacted with Gorkem and he is one of the nicest guy on earth. I saw a lot of negative feedback about breakfast but honestly, the breakfast waa pretty good. There were enough varieties of food, salad, bread, hot and cold beverages.

These are really minor things but mentioning just so that hotel management can do better. There were no dustbins in the room. No tissue box.

location cannot be better, Taxim and Galata tower are walking distance, a lot of restaurants around the area,some rooms has amazing sea view, the staff are very cooperative and helpful, the hotel is new just opened few months ago, very clean.

the breakfast is almost the same every day but lots of varieties, the rooms are smaller than how they look at the pictures the Tv has only turkish channels other wise can’t complain
