Small hotel with an ELEVATOR. . Roo.s were.small but very clean, beds were comfortable with white linen and towels. Price was the best for this area, and we were two 70 year olds traveling on a shoe string budget. Comes kettle and paper cups plus a mini fridge. We extended our stay and came back to this hotel after we toured other cities. Appreciated Hassans good English and helpfulness. Distance was eager to help when he understood.

The paper cups. But when we spoke to Reception they gave us glass cups. . We also had to remind them to clean our room once.

The staff were very helpful especially Bulent who works at the front desk. He made sure we were well taken care of and helped us with every need. He booked a tour for us and organized our taxi to the airport. Would be happy to visit again due to how friendly and helpful Bulent was.

Excellent hotel, nice and clean rooms, nice locations, kind staff. You have everything around, excellent food, baklava, shops. A 15-20 minute walk from the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Agia Sophia...

Staff was making some noise from reception sometimes. The last night we stayed awake for a long time because of the noise, the other guests were shouting from the lobby and the reception did nothing about it. There was noise on other nights as well.

The hotel was really good value for money (we visited Istanbul in September). Our room(s) was good and convenient, in the Fatih centre area where alsmost every building is a hotel/restaurant sometimes shop as well. It's worth checking before you come to the city that it is located on seven hills instead of putting walking up and down it as a disadvantage in a hotel opinions section like some of the other guests below. You will need to walk 20-25 mins to get to Sultanahmet square, the roads is a bit busy, sometimes the pavement is not there, but it's managable (but not with the kids probably). For the hotel where you only sleep in it's good, the staff was comunicative and helpful. It's worth mentioning this is a city centre and when the night life ends (or does not end really) the morning prayes can wake you up but consider it as a part of the experience of being in Istanbul as a whole :) There is no breakfast included but there are dozens of cafes in the vicinity and old town area that offer it for a good price and I think it's a part of the fun to explore them.

Hard to treat is as a disadvantage cause we got what we paid for, but it was a bit inconvenient when the staff asked us to move to another room in the middle of our stay due to their mistake with room accomodation. We were actually moved to the room we booked (based on photos) but unfortunately the standard of the room we got was lower - if we did not stay in the previous one I probably wouldn't be able to compare and notice but the equipment was in general older and the use of warm water in the shower a bit of a gimnastic. Also I guess the higher the floor, the worst the WiFi connection. It was slowly working already on 1st floor and not working at all on the 4th. There was no mini-safe in the room, which would come in handy.

The hotel was very well situated, close to the historical centre and the main touristic objectives were at a walkable distance. The members of the personnel were friendly, they waited for us late at night to arrive and the last day they let us leave our luggage at the hotel before leaving.

The room wasn't properly cleaned, especially the bed sheets. We found the duvets in the wardrobe, they were stained and the pillows too. Also, the cleaning service after day 3 was not very good.

The hotel is placed in a nice part of town with a lot of restaurants and product shops around. The hotel room is cozy and clean and a bed is great. The room is cleaned every three days. Also we had a big closet with hangers and a table with an electric teapot. And we had a fridge and a hair dryer in the room

At the night it was noisy sometimes and it was difficult to fall asleep. And honestly, the teapot was a little dirty

The hotel provides cold/hot water, tea and coffee for free with unlimited use. The rooms were spacious, and cleaned everyday. Moreover, the hotel had a terrace with a nice overlook to a Greek church. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. One time I forgot to give my younger brother money as I left him alone in the room, I contacted Anwar and he was really kind and generous to give my brother from his own money. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, I totally recommend it.

Steep road that leads to the Beyazit area. Which is not that bad considering the hotel area is very good (restaurants, cafes, suermarket and everything a tourist might need)
