I really love this hotel, we have stayed previously and chose to come back. I've been to Istanbul lots and for the price this is a top notch choice. Location is spot on, close to both metro lines and the tram, a few minutes from the stop for the airport bus. Loads of eateries around. Close enough and easy enough to get to everything but a bit out of central tourist ville. ( top tip - On a Friday if you walk up the road towards Findikzade tram stop 300m ish there is a huge great market in the residential streets, clothing, shoes, sweets, food, home, jewellery etc) Breakfast is good, not a massive choice but all fresh and tasty, hot and cold. Beds are really comfy. Duvets and lots of pillows Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. Best of all they are REALLY well soundproofed and there is very minimal noise from inside or outside in the rooms (this is so unusual in IST) WiFi works really well. Staff are friendly but not pushy. Love the kettle and fridge in room and the comp drinks in reception are a super touch.

The location is really good. Easy access to transportation (buses, tram, metro). Alot of restaurants surrounding the hotel. There is a supermarket and a minimart just next to the hotel buillding. The area feels safe for a female solo traveller like myself. Staff were helpful. Will definitely choose this hotel again if i come back to Istanbul. Highly recommended.

Location is a plus since all forms of transport like buses, trams, metro and taxis are easily available. Also, restaurants, money exchanges, bazaars are in close proximity.

Refrain from booking private vehicles, local tours from hotel staff as our experience didn't meet expectations.

I was impressed by the staff, they all were very supportive, attentive and friendly. Especially employees on reception👍

To start with all the staff were very kind and helpful Mr Sinan and Mr Farahat from the reception helped a lot and took an action whenever needed. Breakfast staff were nice and served us happily. The room design is comfortable and size is good we reserved 3 king size bedrooms with sofa bed.

The towels and bedsheets were old and over used some had old stains in The toilets weren’t cleaned very well and we always found spots or hair after cleaning There was construction workers going on in front of the hotel and no one informed us about it

The room had a sofa bed, which helped us a lot as we were travelling with a toddler. Location was fine but not very well. The nearest tram station is 7-8 minutes walk and takes you directly to Sultanahmet but is almost always very crowded. If you visit Istanbul, try to find something close to the piers (iskele in Turkish) because the most attractive part of Istanbul is to use boats each and every day and almost for each and every important destinations. Staff at the reception were also quite helpful, particularly Ozkan (or Ozcan).

Breakfast was not good enough. It was same each day and not many healthy options (especially for kids). I noticed the staff were making the fresh orange juice available only for charge (if I remember correctly for 4 euros) if the same people were using the juice machine several times. In general, breakfast was not good!

We have had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The hotel is located across the tramway and bus station which made our transportation much easier. The breakfast was good; not much options, but fare enough as a value for money. The staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and this is going to be our first option in future visits for sure!

Definite Value for money, we were lucky enough to have a corner room which was extra spacious. Particularly like the gym. Location was excellent, we enjoyed staying just outside the main tourist area. There were many restaurants, shops and supermarkets were within a minute walk of the hotel. The train stop was a 3 minute walk away, once we got a metro card from the hotel, we used it to go everywhere, it was quick and easy to travel. There was never a need to take a taxi throughout our 10 day trip. The breakfast was not extensive, but it was good. Overall a fantastic stay and I would book here again.

There is nothing in particular that I could pinpoint.

Breakfast was just great, plenty of various food, including milk, cereals, eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, cheese, juices, tea, coffee from coffee machine, fruits, vegetables, soup, pasta. Location is also great, 5 minutes of walk from Aksaray metro station where you can get bus from Aksaray to Istanbul airport.

We liked everything. Friendly staff, room service. Quiet location. Delicious breakfast. They even wrap luggage into stretch film.

Staff is very helpful and kind, offering useful recommendations and infos. Spotless, bright and reasonably sized room and lobby. Nice tea all day at the reception. Good breakfast with good coffee at the reception (for free). Hotel is just a short walk to Yusufpasa T1 tram stop, that takes you literally along all the main sites of Istanbul old town. Definitely will return if we visit Istanbul again. (I share a photo of the view from our room window)

Some streets around the hotel look a bit weird but we have never felt unsafe even in the evening, so don’t be afraid of the look.
