The biggest plus of the hotel - nice warm (in winter) roof terrace with the great view! Super delicious big Turkish breakfast. Tea and coffee with cookies during the day/evening. Great location with its eastern atmosphere, many Kraft shops on the nearby streets, small local eateries. Very nice cozy room, with comfortable bed. All clean and brand new, very nicely done. Pleasant design. I was warned while booking process that I’ve got a room with no windows, but that was really not a problem at all! I spent quite some time on our roof terrace, or just walked in the city. All personal was very friendly, helpful and polite. Couldn’t imagine anything better!

Very nice Hotel, the staff are friendly and they help you to visit the city, they give you recomendations also. The room was clean, breakfast also adorable and the roof is amazing. You can keep your laggage also in the reception, we came earlier in the first day and the receptionist was very understandable; he propose to us free breakfast and an early check in at 11 AM. The hotel is near to public transportation (tram/metro...) and to the historical monuments (Hagia Sophia, topkapi palace...), best quality/price ratio.

Very nice and clean boutique hotel. Friendly staff with 24/7 check in which was very useful for us as we checked in around at 4am. You will immediately notice how clean and well maintained the hotel and rooms are. The room we stayed in was one of the basic rooms, however was perfect for us as we were outdoors for most of the days. Amazing terrace with good breakfast with different varieties everyday. Close to main attractions. We walked to the grand bazaar, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Topkapi Palace and also very convenient to the metro if you need to use public transport.

Can be loud due to poor soundproofing. You can hear loud noises from corridors and other rooms. This didn’t bother us too much.

It's a boutique hotel at the very center of the old town. From the hotel it takes 10 min walk to the famous Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern. 20 min walk to Eminönü. The Hotel is at the shoe makers and manufacturers street. It's rather interesting to walk. Some reviews say it is not safe in the night but we were two women and didn't feel unsafe despite coming to hotel after midnight. We stayed there with my friend for 5 nights. First we booked cheapest room without window but after first night we decided to book a room with sea view for a extra fee, but it was a very good decision as we had a lovely sea view. Entire hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Terrace has a lovely sea view. They serve tea and coffee until 2 am for free of charge which is very nice. They serve basic Turkish breakfast. In our opinion room should have better mirror as we struggled to put our make up because of dark mirrors:)) Over all we enjoyed our entire stay there and would recommend to everyone. I absolutely loved the hosts, they were such wonderful people who are ever willing to help. The breakfast was really really nice and you get to breakfast with a wonderful sea view. You also have a nice lounge to spend the late evenings with free coffee and tea available. Location of the hotel is great, lots of things to do around and is very close to a lot of tourist places.

The rooms did not have windows but this was no surprise because it was already clearly mentioned. It was not a problem for us because we only used to room for the night time and were outside all day. This is located in the old town, it is not like a very posh and upscale area but the location is great because it is very close all the things you can see and visit.

The room is a little tired and the bed is quite hard and uncomfortable . Aircon wasn't working great and the breakfast was ok, but not optional - we found it quite random (potato chips, some meats/cheese, olives, veg and fried egg + jam/honey with bread). Rooms are not sound proof, we could hear every word and move from other rooms, hall and even the roof top terrace as we were one floor down, which made our sleep impossible..

The staff were the best part about this property. They were super helpful and I feel went out of their way, especially the front desk team. Also, it’s a small boutique hotel in overall a good area but there are other areas that are slightly better in terms of being more central, but this hotel seems to be a good value. Everything was clean and very modern. Overall very happy.

My only qualm is that the mattress was not the comfortable for my liking. It was very firm and the pillows not very soft. Other than that, happy with this hotel.

It's my first time in Turkey. went to my birthday. The hotel is simply chic, every detail in the room was chosen with taste, according to the color combination, I was surprised that even the mugs match the color of the wall. I liked it: clean sheets, comfortable pillow, view from the window, soundproofing, attitude towards guests .... Breakfast on the terrace with a magical view of the sea, and the breakfast was very tasty, nothing superfluous (old) on the terrace, you can see that every detail is taken care of . in the morning I complained to the man in the kitchen that the hotel hadn't done anything special for my birthday, after he gave me a souvenir magnet before check out, it was very nice, I appreciate thank you. The guy at the reception was very helpful, helped, advised.

All was fine! From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with a warm smile and a hospitable attitude by the responsive staff. Check-in was quick and efficient and the staff provided me with all the necessary information about the facilities and services. This positive first impression lasted throughout my entire stay. Mr. Shiar was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. The room I stayed in was absolutely wonderful. It was spacious, well appointed and tastefully furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable, giving me a restful night's sleep after a day full of meetings and negotiations. I was also impressed by the exemplary cleanliness of the room and the attention to detail in the modern amenities and facilities.
