The hotel was very clean, modern and affordable. It is very hard to have all three of these in one hotel things especially in Europe. I would definitely stay again.

Taxi is 70 euros one way which they don't mention on website. I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel for 15 euros. Definitely way cheaper. The airport has a taxi pick up area outside on the ground floor. It is very convenient. Just remember to use the atm machine at the airport to take out Turkish Lira to pay for the taxi. Most only take cash.

I stayed for a layover night only and it’s a great option for that. Everyone was very nice and friendly, I had to check out before the breakfast, and they arranged a plate for me for a quick bite. The plates they were preparing for the buffet in the meantime looked appetizing too. The room was clean and comfortable. The walls are moderately thin, you can also hear the planes, since the airport is nearby, but I didn’t even notice it at first - I doubt you can avoid it if you want to stay close to the airport. If you are a light sleeper, be aware. The transfer is very convenient, I am pretty sure it’s more expensive than taking a taxi, but as a solo female traveler in the middle of the night I didn’t mind overpaying for the safety feeling.

Not a big deal, but communication around transfer pick-up could be better - I had issues with internet access at the airport and it took extra time to find the arranged transfer. I suggest not to rely solely on the internet and for example provide more details on how the driver or car looks like, where to meet or maybe hold something with the hotel name.

The hotel is new and nice. the staff is very friendly. There is a bus to the airport(bus no. H6) and the bus station is near the hotel, it is convenient.

Everything about this hotel was top notch. The service, the friendly staff, the way they interacted with guest. The fact that they cared about your experience. I travel A LOT and its good to see good service still exist. They helped with bags, they offered Tea for free, they allowed me to stay a little longer past check out when my flight was delayed. While these things seem basic its not so much what was done (that was good also) but its more about the *Way* it was done. Good service is noticeable and its effortless. This hotel had that.

Only thing I didn't like was the shower gets water on the floor when you shower. It wasn't a big deal its just not great. But overall I will stay in this hotel every time I'm near the airport in Istanbul

The building and the facilities are brand new; very comfy bed, 100% blackout curtains, good noise isolation. The staff is super friendly and helpful and are trying their best. I spent half a day working in the restaurant and they kept pouring tea without any charge. Good location 10 min from the airport.

The breakfast could use more variety, but then again, when I asked for an omlet, they made me one with no extra charge, so it was fine at the end. The taxi drivers in the area don't want to turn on the meter (as the airport is very close), so do insist on turning it on when getting into one, because you might end up with a sum you don't like. The hotel has nothing to do with it, of course, but it kinda spoils the stay.

Close to the airport, good for layovers. The hotel is basically brand new, everything is functioning great. The room was big and clean as well. Staffs are nice, too. Would stay again if I need to transfer in IST in the future.

NOTHING about the hotel, but since it is very close to the airport, when I used Uber, 3 drivers in a toll refused to go, and asked me either to pay them $20 or cancel orders… which the actual taxi without mark up was 250-280TRY($9-10 USD). I finally gave up and grabbed a taxi, but the taxi asked for a flat 350TRY in cash. Since I didn’t have Lira, the driver ended up be a nice person for some reason and used the meter and didnt charge me extra. All i want to say is, if Uber drivers(they are also yellow taxi drivers) ask for more, make your own judgements.

It is ideal for a short stay between flights from / to Istanbul. it is 20 min from airport. Clean and comfortable rooms, nice staff. Very good breakfast buffet

Wifi could be faster. front rooms can be noisy from the road. 2000Turkish liras (~59euro) for transfer from and to the airport is very pricey, a taxi should be at a fraction of the price

Asked for wake up call and a few minutes later the reception called asking if I was coming down because the taxi was waiting. He should have asked what time I needed the taxi first. I got to the airport and was over charges by driver at a rate of 400 TL instead of the 200 TL the night before because he said he had to wait for me. I didn't ask for a taxi to come yet. Frustrating

It’s perfectly located if you just have to spend a night and to be close to the airport (not more than 15 minutes by car). The rooms are clean. The staff is helpful.

The food price seems a bit exaggerated - I arrived quite late and it was bad weather and for a very simple meal I paid 25EUR (no alcohol, no deserts), which for Turkey is quite a lot.
