Really nice personnel. Very helpful. Very good customer service. They upgraded our room to a better room before we arrived and allowed us to check in a bit earlier.

For people who have difficulties with noise the room near reception can be challenging as the noise of people speaking by the reception might keep you awake all the night.

We loved the staff and the location…the street itself isn’t much to look at but it’s in a quiet area really close to the station that you need for onward journeys in Turkey (to Ankara and Konya etc.) …and the Kadikoy area of Turkey was such a delight…and so full of cats!

The air conditioning was a little interment…

The staff alone is reason enough to stay here! Our friends who waited for us in the reception area were offered hot drinks; when I had something delivered from another part of Turkey the staff accepted my package and paid the shipping fees and allowed me to pay them later; when my Mum was ill they ordered some soup for her and brought it to her room; These are just a few examples of them going above and beyond. The location of the hotel is just perfect. A 10 minute walk will get you to Söğütlüçeşme Marmaray station where trains take you to eg Üsküdar and Sirkeci in no time. Walk for about 15 minutes and you are at Kadıköy ferry terminal where ferries take you across to the European side. The central Kadıköy and Moda areas are a short walk away and you can also take the charming old tram. The hotel is close to the centre, but in a quiet side street. There is a large supermarked just a short walk away, too. We were lucky to be upgraded with no charge to a family room so we had plenty of space, 2 beds, a couch, a fridge and a bathroom with shower. Note that the hotel has no lift, but the staff kindly helped us with our luggage. Will for sure be staying here next time we visit Istanbul!

The stairs were narrow and hard to navigate with luggage, but the staff kindly helped us, so it was no big issue. We had a problem with the hot water pressure, but this was quickly fixed. So no real issues.

The staff are so lovely and helpful. They definitely made the stay much nicer and were so accommodating. The facilities were as expected. Location is excellent. On a quiet back street, but close enough to everything if you want. The ferry terminal is a short but interesting walk away. We stayed one night, would consider staying again for a short period, but for a longer stay in Istanbul I would need something bigger.

Although we booked a non smoking room, the vent in the bathroom was letting cigarette smoke in from another room. This was unpleasant and not ideal for my baby. If you book a taxi through the hotel, there is an additional charge that is passed on to you via the taxi driver (hotel charges taxi = taxi charges you).

Perfect location and very nice staff. The staff even were so nice to give us an upgrade. The price is also good.

The lack of an elevator is unfortunate, but luckily me and my wife don’t necessarily need it. I would personally prefer the small lights next to the bed to have a bit of a warmer light instead of white. There was a small table in the room, but not a proper table to have a meal, so we ate on the bed. But these are only some very small things.

Good location, very close to Fenerbahce stadium. Reachable from SAW Airport by metro, 15 minutes walk from Kadikoy station. It's not faster to take a taxi. IST Airport is a little further away. However, the staff helped me to organize a taxi for my return flight because I woke up little bit too late. Thanks again, much appreciated! The other side of the Bosphorus can be easily reached by ferry from Kadikoy or by train. Connection is absolutely ok. The hotel is on a side street, you don't hear any traffic noise and it is very quiet. However, there are many small restaurants, snack bars, cafés, etc. nearby. Some rooms have a small balcony facing the inner courtyard, which I didn't expect at all. Bed is comfortable, rooms are clean, staff super friendly and helpful. Recommended!

I loved the location, close to everything, good transportation, loads of cafes and restaurants nearby, and it's safe as well. The staff was nice and helpful. I enjoyed the room, the bed was comfortable and the blanket was warm, , everything was clean and spacious enough for one person. Bonus: one of the staff members speaks Russian

My room didn't have a wardrobe or any other place to store clothes besides a set of hangers. It's OK for a night or two but might be uncomfortable for longer trips. Also, the building is not quite new and you should be careful getting up and down the stairs. Additionally, some minor maintenance work was being doing during my stay so I heard drilling sounds once or twice during the day but it didn't bother me much.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Can, Mr. Kurban and Ms. Emel for their hospitality. They helped me with everything from the first day of my stay to the end. The location is perfect, close to everywhere. It is also a very quiet area and there are many options around where you can eat breakfast, dinner and drink coffee. They are all very friendly people. I thank them all very much.

My stay at Hotel Kadiköy Linda was absolutely fantastic. The cleanliness of the establishment was top-notch, immediately putting me at ease. Additionally, the serene atmosphere allowed me to truly unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and relaxing experience.

Perfect location, close to restaurants, coffee places, shops. For a first time we were in a hotel where we could not hear anything from the room next to us. The street was quiet too. The free parking lot is a real gem for the area. The bed was so comfortable. We wanted to stay more nights and we were very sorry the hotel was fully booked for the next days. The receptionist guy was more than helpful and professional.
