I recently stayed at Nanda Hotel in Istanbul with my family, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located, within comfortable walking distance of many of the city's iconic monuments, and is surrounded by a vibrant shopping and dining scene. The hotel itself is cosy, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great start to each day. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the warm and welcoming staff. They were all incredibly friendly and genuinely passionate about providing top-notch service. I’d especially like to highlight Mr. Dovlet, a true gentleman who consistently went above and beyond to assist us, offering invaluable help, guidance, and advice. His dedication to ensuring that every guest has a fantastic stay is rare and greatly appreciated. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Dovlet and the entire team for making our stay such a special experience. We will certainly return without hesitation and highly recommend Nanda Hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Istanbul. Thank you once again for everything!

The customer service was exceptional, had a few issues with the room but was resolved, were very friendly as soon as we walked through the door, throughout our visit up until leaving the hotel. Has a lovely restaurant area with good breakfast, they have a lift which is very convenient for us as we were on the 5th floor. This hotel also came with a rooftop terrace area.

Good and diversified breakfast , location is very good and near to transport accomodations , room is quiete and clean , friendly and helpful staff , Good and comfort stay , perfect choice for my next trips to istanbul.

The rooms were big and clean , staffs were very friendly and attentive all times. There is a lift in the building which is very useful. Each floor had its own hot and cold water dispenser with plastic cups. Rooms were cleaned daily. Very good service and would highly recommend.

Nothing, it was perfect

Everything was beautiful. We were welcomed very kindly and the service is at the level. The food was completely satisfactory. The rooms are small but quite sufficient, clean and tidy for two people. The location is perfect and all attractions are very close. We will come back again and a big greeting to the hosts.

Our trip was a mixture of leisure and business. It was close to everything. Really short distances to the touristic sights. Infact all walking distance. Also close to the tram way for those sights that are not as close but if you have the time you could walk to all the sights. The breakfast was good and we asked them to fix something in our room and they immediately did. I had requested for a room with a view and they offered us a beautiful room next to the balcony with the view of the sea so overally, I loved my experience.

I think this generally applies to İstanbul as a city but we wanted a taxi to the airport and the price given to us vs that given by uber was alot different so I preferred getting my own transportation.

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly was getting too hot in the room

It's a nice location. Not right in the middle but pretty close to most of the attractions. Place was very clean and nice. Breakfast was awesome!

Could of the front desk people were not friendly and accommodating. They were more interested in walking out and smoking than helping customers. On the other hand, there was a gentleman during one of the shifts that was extremely helpful.
