Perfrect receptionists! location , parking , access to Viaport outlet mall - are among other good things . bed is very compfortable !

Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Area is quiet so you can sleep with no disturbance. Parking facility is really good and safe. Staff are polite and helpful. Beds are really comfortable. Has a McDonalds and many other places to eat in walking distance too.

Lighting in the rooms should have been a bit more.

1. Very comfortable and clean(Junior room was extremely spacious) 2. Peaceful and quiet. Came back to hotel late at night with no issues at all! 3. Really nice staff and always there to help, felt very welcomed! 4. Facilities were great(gym open till 23h).

1. No dedicated restaurant - associated restaurant(Saçkin Et) was a bit pricey and will add additional stuff to your menu, be careful when ordering, double check when food is coming to your table if you do not want unwanted surprises on your bill. 2. Hotel(Atasahir) is a bit far from main Istanbul parts(sultanhamet, Eminonü, Taksim, Besiktas...). You have to take bus/metro via bridge to get to those places, but once you get used to the transport system, it's very easy to go to and from hotel.

I’m regular customer with radisson blu group for years and this is the first time that I’m I staying for 9 nights in park inn atasahier with excellent accommodations and reception personnel services. First of all I would like to thank Mr. Cahit for his dedication, supportive, and resolving issues. He is customer oriented and always satisfying the customers. There is an issue with house keeping that the hotel management needs to fix it to make sure rooms are cleaned daily. The pillows and mattresses are over used and need to be replaced with new one. I checked out the hotel for couples of days and will come back again because of Mr. Cahit fixed all issues and made my stay comfortable.

Everyone likes to deal with professionals, and me is not an exception. I would like to thank all gents and ladies who work in Park Inn Atashehir: you are professionals in hospitality service; from my first day until the end of my stay I was feeling a lot of care with politeness and respect. All my requests were satisfied quickly, I got support with local calls and with everything I needed for my comfort. Thanks a lot, this is my best experience of staying in a hotel. Hotel is located a bit far from the center of Istanbul. If that is not critical for you, then this hotel is a great choice.

I like that Park Inn defined as a standard to clean the room only every second day. This is really a contribution to the Environment. Of course choose dayly cleaning as well. So in the end it is your decision. But in the past there was no possibility to significantly reduce the Service Level. Very well done!

The hotel was very nice in a good location with lots of local shops and restaurants just walking distance away. It also has good bus links for adventurous people to sample the experience.

The hotel uses a local taxi company that are scam artists, we used the company twice and on both occasions ripped me off. The prices are cheap compared to UK, but they never want to accept the meter reading and want to inflate the price by an extra 200 turikish lira (£10). I would have happily tipped them the amount tbh. But the experience didn't quite ruin the stay but tainted it. Overall Turkish people were nice and welcoming 🙏.

Attentive and supportive front office. Due to my genius-level I am always upgraded to the suite. In the neighborhood there are supermarkets and fast-food places.

The location is not great if you need to go to the europian part so often The breakfast was exactly the same for 15 days which was good but not much variety The front disk staff were awesome but the breakfast staff were not I booked a one bedroom suite but it actually wasnt much of a suite rather than a large room The floor wasnt carpeted and i had a baby with us so it wasnt very good for us.. i found out they had carpeted floored rooms on my last day there

I like staying here when I come to Istanbul. The price is great for what you get. I mostly book the terrace room which is so comfortable!

Providing a room service menu for the guests, even if it is online would be nice. Although I am not a fan of the restaurant. I also always have issues ordering anything because they don’t speak English well. I asked for anything vegetarian and I got a meat burger delivered. Then a few mins later I got another dish and they charged me for both. Slippers! Important for hygiene. I don’t like the little bottles and the soap. On one of my last nights my room 902 was very noisy during the night and in the morning. Several doors slamming all the time. I don’t know if it was the door to staff room which is close by.
