The location was perfect; it was in the middle of everything. There were so many cafes and shops next to the hotel, which was a bonus. The staff was extremely helpful. Special thanks to Osman, Kazim, and Yigit for making this an unforgettable stay. They were very attentive and made sure we were 100% content and comfortable.

The bathroom could use some improvements, as both the sink and shower had problems. We also had a lovely balcony, however it was not cleaned. It would have been excellent if the balcony had been maintained properly and furnished with outdoor furniture so we could enjoy the fresh air.

The rooms were clean, we had the best suite of the hotel with a great size terrace which we enjoyed so much. The staff were also so friendly and professional, the manager was a great guy he helped us a lot the other receptionist was also a great person. Overall we had so much fun the this hotel which we stayed for 7 days.

Nothing was bad to be honest about the property, breakfast can def improve in the future.

I booked this hotel for my parents during their stay in Istanbul, and overall, it was a great choice. The location is fantastic—just a 2-minute walk to the subway, which made getting around really easy, and only about 10 minutes to the Bosphorus, perfect for evening strolls and sightseeing. One of the best things about the hotel was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. My parents felt very well taken care of, which gave me peace of mind knowing they were in good hands. They really enjoyed the breakfast each morning; it was fresh, nicely varied, and a great way to start the day. The view from the windows was another highlight, offering a beautiful look over the city that made their stay feel even more special.

The only minor downside was that the room was cleaned just once during their stay, which could be improved. But aside from that, they were very happy with the comfort and convenience, and I’d definitely consider booking here again for future trips.

After the operation, I chose this hotel because it is close to the hospital and has an elevator. The room we chose from the booking was very small and narrow. They welcomed us with understanding and solved the problem within a day and gave us a bigger room closer to the reception without asking for an extra charge. I thank my brother Mert at the reception and the management of the place for their understanding. The fact that everyone who works there from A to Z is smiling and friendly is one of the main reasons to choose this place. This is the first address I will choose without hesitation on my next visits. Thanks to everyone.

New building, friendly staff, good location

Stinky bed sheets

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station and you can easily and cheaply get to the airport. There are many places to eat nearby, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Bosphorus. The room was quiet and I had a good night's sleep, which was important to me. The staff were super caring and offered me free water, coffee, and tea when I returned to the hotel before departure. Wi-Fi worked great and there was Netflix available. Thanks to Ozgur and other guys!

A bit shabby

I came to Istanbul to sit my exams. So, I needed a quiet room where I can study and sleep well. The two staff members Kazim and Samet helped me a lot. I was given a perfect room that met all my needs.  The location is also great. There is a nice park nearby (Yildiz Park), lots of restaurants and a supermarket just around the corner. The room service is also good. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come to Istanbul and recommend it to my fellow students and friends.
