This is my second time in ROX, and again, I had an exceptional stay at ROX Hotel in Istanbul, Turkey, and I can't praise it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel right at home. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from the Airport Outlet Center, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was not only comfortable but also quite large, ensuring a great night's sleep. The icing on the cake was the wonderful view from my room, which added an extra layer of charm to my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a generously sized shower with multiple shower heads. It's the little details like this that truly enhance the overall experience. Breakfast – it was a delightful spread with a wide variety of options to choose from. Whether you prefer a hearty breakfast or something lighter, they've got you covered. One standout feature of ROX Hotel is the staff. They were incredibly helpful and informative, and even when faced with tricky English questions, they'd use Google Translate to ensure I received the right answer. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is commendable. I also had the pleasure of dining at the onsite restaurant, and it didn't disappoint. The menu offered a diverse range of choices, and the quality of the food was excellent. Overall, I can't give ROX Hotel enough praise. It's a gem in Istanbul, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. The room was spacious. Big comfortable bed. Location was perfect for what I needed to do in Istanbul (surgery). Staff were always very accomodating. The housekeeper Emine was the most lovely kindest lady to me. Always greeting me with hugs and kind words. She made my stay 10 times better. Nice buffet breakfast variety. I would definitely stay here again.

I would say the walls between rooms are very thin and you can hear everything happening in the next room but it was really no drama.

it was very spacious and had every thing you might need for a stay in a city. I came for surgery and therefore looked for hotels near to the clinic, which was really in the middle of no where. However the Rox hotel really made it all very easy for us. the staff were extremely polite and friendly, often already knowing what it is you needed/wanted without having to ask. The rooms were cleaned and beds and sheets changed daily and housekeepers very friendly and accommodating. We ate in the restaurant every day as there was so much variety and the food was delicious ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! We had a suit, so our room was separate from the main area, the only thing I would say is that the empty spaces could be used better… more/bigger furniture.

the Hotel is far away about 40 miles from New Istunbul airport . Ataturk airport which is near to this hotel is closed now . I booked this hotel mistakenly thinking that this is near nearer to the airport so we can have night stay before returning to England . Taxi fair from IST airport is 350 Turkish currency Front room might be noisy because of heavy road traffic . our room was facing backwards but traffic noise was still there with open window but no noise when windows were close

I like breakfast and its food, bakery is very tasty. A bed is comfortable and big. Cleaning is regular. Prices in the restaurant are reasonable.

I think the number of working sockets in the apartment is not enough. Light conditions are poor. Traffic jam is very close to the hotel and noisy.

Slight noise from the road - however it's more the city of Istanbul reality than hotel's fault. Windows in the room were pretty good in respect of sound proof, but our room was faced towards the highway. "Juce" at the breakfast could be better quality, not a strange taste powder stuff...

Great Staff. Near to some Outlet shopping mall 5 to 8 min walk. My taxi didn't showed up, the hotel staff directly booked me a cab. thanks to all ROX staff.

There was some confusion for me, I was looking for the hotel near to IST Airport which says 5 min but they meant the old airport which wasn't clear for me, but had a good time.

Polite staff, clean and in a very good condition. The rooms size is ok

The Wi-Fi was problematic, not ideal if you visit for work. Also the table to use laptop was small and the stool not comfort. That s about all. The rest was good

The hotel is very clean and quiet. The room is big. The breakfast is very good a lot of choices . The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and you feel you are in 5 stars hotel. I recommend it
