-The location was very near to taksim square ,alsoThey provide shuttle service every 30 minute. - The food in room service was really good . - The receptionist lady, did the check in process very fast and easy special thanks for her.

- The house keeping staff, talking very loudly in the corridors in the morning ,made the stay little bit noisy.

Room is a bit small, and no bathtub in the bathroom, there was not proper stores next to hotel

The location is perfect it's close enough to Taksim for example but not too close for it to be bothersome, it is located in a place where you get to see "real" turkey, sit in day to day turkish coffee shops and little food places. The room was perfect, we got an executive suite and it was warm all the time. The staff were very helpful and you can see that they want to help and it's not just because it's their work, something I have not experienced anywhere. The breakfast was very good, I would've however wanted for it to be done at 12:00 and not 11:00 since my partner and I slept late most of the time. Definitely going there if I am in Turkey again. 10/10 I would recommend.

The staff and the quality of the hotel (cleanliness, professionalism). Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The location is not dead centre, but that can be a good thing; you're a little secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet within a short cab ride (or free shuttle provided by the hotel) to Taksim Square. I think the great care and hospitality the hotel provides rubbed off on other fellow guests staying at the hotel. Every day you'd meet happy people in the lift or lobby, because clearly everyone was enjoying their stay! We were looked after extremely well, and our stay at this hotel was undoubtedly the best part of our trip! Keep up the good work!

Cannot fault anything. If anything, the location might not be 'central' enough for some people. For us, personally, we rather enjoyed the location; it's a on a main road but not crazy busy.

Everything was really great. I liked the hotel very much. Maybe the best hotel bed I've slept in. Restaurant was great, and people working there were really more than helpful. Really a great place to spend time in.

Some of the windows are not closing fully. So you could hear the noise from the street. We were unfortunate enough that the street right below our window was renewed while were there. They were doing it over night, so there was a lot of drilling involved and a lot of machine noise. But anyway, you gotta give it to them. They've finished one lane over one night time and the second one tomorrow night. If that doesn't impress you, what else will :D Executive lounge could use some snacks during the day.

These guys are great. First, and the most important thing for Istanbul is that they have the parking available. We were reaching the main street by foot. It's really not to far, but it's an uphill walk. Keep that in mind. There is also shuttle to the Taksim square which you can use. This helps a lot. People in the hotel are great. Really make you feel welcome. The restaurant is fantastic. Really nothing to complain about. Will come back for sure.

Garage, to be honest. But not much Hotel can do about it now. I wouldn't recommend anyone with a bigger car to use it. There are few nasty turns with no margin for error. High profile vehicles (like Q5, Q7, X5, X6) will definitely require good driving skills not to scratch it.

Good varieties of international and Turkish delicious at breakfast including nuts fresh juices ( orange, carrot and grapefruit) and more than five types of jams. Even when my older daughter asked for avocado and smoked salmon, they prepared a special dish for her. Good location with daily every hour shuttle bus taken 10 minutes to reach taksim square . Outstanding staff specially Kemal who upgrade one of our rooms to be in executive lounge with the other room, Dhnul and Asraa in executive lounge who were always smiling and attentive to comply with your requirements.

No shuttle bus with reasonable fees to Istanbul airport.

Modern, very clean, good attention from the staff. Liked the decoration of the suite, size of the living and dinning room and of the master bedroom.

The suite were I was staying wasn’t too comfortable for the location of the extra beds. There’s one master suite, two bathrooms. Maybe a redistribution should be made to make another room and make it more comfy for 3+ guests. There’s a mini kitchen and maybe a microwave could be added.

cleanliness not up to the mark of a five star hotel

Hotel is spotless and receptionists are professional. There is a free minibus transportation available to Taksim from this hotel.

Spa is badly organised and over prized. Would not go there again. Had bad moments while there. The hotel is loacated in area which I would describe industrial area, not nice surroundings. Lobby bar looks not to be their strong service area, you will have hard time to get even a drink from there.
